craft holsters optic cut shoulder holster has zero firearm retention.
just received this holster from craft holsters a few days ago. I ve been using it on and off since it arrived. the materials and craftsmanship are pretty superb except for, what is arguably the most important aspect of the holster, it's retention. the button strap does absolutely nothing except prevents the firearm from rolling forward through the partial "clamshell" opening where the trigger is housed. I'm currently in communication with customer service. I don't know what they can really do about this, as it's a pretty big design flaw. I hadn't realized until after I purchased and received the holster, but a few others had left comments with identical issues.

We went to Broadway GR's presentation of Frozen with the Fam & Friends. We had a pretty amazing time staying in the Amway grand tower. The view was pretty freakin sweet and the show was PHENOM. I can't believe what stage acts are capable of now. Pretty wild.

Did I hear right ? Did you say the guy is a crackhead ? At what point did you discover this info ?
Not necessarily a crackhead specifically, but according to a known and respected machinist in the eskate community that has worked with the guy several times, he clearly had a substance abuse issue and it wasn't alcohol or weed he was consuming to be giving off that vibe, apparently. I didn't discover this issue until i had already sent the dude pretty much all of the money for the parts and labor. there was a solid two months of me wondering if i was even going to receive my parts at all.

There's a guy by the name of Phil on the eskate forums who makes them. I reached him through his instagram account Savagebuilder11. I'm not entirely sure if he's still making them, but you can definitely reach out to him to find out. He's been dabbling in some other awesome machine work for eskate. He has a prototype spare tire mount anti-sink plate he's working on right now that i think is going to be really dope.

Nice! I'm always looking for what people are doing to these Meepo boards, they are certainly trick looking trucks. I wasn't keen on the DKP setup either, so changed them out for the riptide ones. I am a speed demon, I flog the crap out of this board everywhere it's now my main means of transport.
Yeah, they're super nice units for the cost for sure! After the truck swap, i was cruising at like 28-34mph average with relatively deep carving for that speed. I haven't used the hurricane in quite some time since a recent board upgrade happened and then the midwest winter struck. I've been meaning to put out an update on the gear. Hard to keep putting out content with three kids LOL

Ah, niche products by people that disappear. Looks nice, glad you got yours. The others down the line are probably bummed. I got one of the last sets of custom pedals by Todd Cannon before he took the money and ran. Amazing pedals to this day.
well, it's a little more screwed up than that. The pack mounts had ripped off the deck in shipping because they weren't installed correctly and the custom skin the builder convinced me to purchase was installed upside down and incredibly poorly. Currently he is trying to point the blame at me for disassembling the board when it arrived, but disassembly was necessary to install the receiver and to prevent further damage from the pack mount bolts if i wanted to get it on the road at all. The deck they screwed up was $320 and they charged me $300 for the messed up skin. Not a good look at all.
