Sometimes the hardships you may come across going through this transition can be a moment to reflect on yourself and your overall situation. Never give up. You will be just fine in the end. Nothing feels better than to tell your supervisors, to go fu©k themselves. Something we all want to do, but suppress on a daily basis. Just remember.." your in charge."

15 cent raise for the year. But your boss is happy cause he got the $500 bonus on his next check not you.

After 3 long months of desperately searching I finally found a new job and put in my 2 weeks. This is the worst job I’ve ever had in my entire life. Horrible culture and leadership that sees us as machines and not people with families or emergencies. We had every type of disrespect and neglect you can think of. Health code violations, paychecks always wrong, scheduling errors, no benefits, no PTO, retaliation for calling off, working people 24 hours. We had a new supervisor every month or 3. It was awful. I was depressed for so long. I stopped eating and felt sick every day. Please quit a bad job, it’s not worth your health and peace. Great video Asè

They had me join a group of employees to discuss how we could improve the culture and not even one day in and I got "well melennials don't want to work". I basically stopped the meeting and said, "Correct...we don't wan to work for you.". The meetings fizzled out as quickly as they started.
THEN my company wanted to conduct and employee survey. I got to personally go over the results with my company's leaders and the overall response was complaints about how "they couldn't give raises" or "should we just fire all of management?". After that meeting I left with this realization of there is absolutely no helping them. I'm not going to waste my own passion on a company that just wants affirmation in the things it does poorly.
