I disagree. People need money. That's why its called work and not "hanging out with the people you really care about and being vulnerable with each other".
What is I don’t care to help them figure out their problem. I have my job they have theirs. If it affects my job directly I’m happy to support but often times people have just become lazy and would prefer someone else do their job - I’m not with it.
