I did see the switch of the card, but I'm not so sure she was in on it. That is the conclusion I want to come to. I don't think it's so, but that means I'm not sure why he would switch it. So, this performance just left me feeling confused more than amazed.

Putting the note in the bag was very unnatural, the note was switched. Mostly right-handed person, but hands the bag with left-hand, while the right hand is putting the actual note in the other pocket probably.
Pretty obvious, the girl isn't a random person too, part of the trick.
