Today I won a free duolingo english test and I'm scared, I have 14 days to take the test. I just don't feel my English is good enough yet but I'm trying to prepare myself as much as I can; anyway if I don't get a nice grade it will be nice to know my current English level. I took my duolingo test a couple of days ago, and every time while I was doing it it stopped by itself. And with the patience that I had I done like 6 times. now I know these advices to remember, I'll take my time to revise and get it completed as quick as possible. The last one made me nervous because they said it would be my last attempt so I was in hurry to complete the test. However, after submitting an appeal they have given me another chance to take the test or ask for refund. I will take another for one last time, if server problem ruins my test then I will ask for refund. If it's my fault then I would happily accept the decision.

Yesterday i took a duolingo test the first time, i looked away from the screen three times but i throught i passed exam, but today i got my result "You looked away from the screen for an extended period of time. In love with your suggestions dear Yulia. I have practiced the tests for about two to three times and got a score range of 105-135 and 105-140. Do most of the Universities in Canada accept Duolingo test? I am from India(doing Bachelor's) and I want to study my masters in Canada.
You have to check the university's website, they mention which English tests they accept/prefer. ps: I know you probably found the answer by now, but this answer is more for the comment readers like me haha.
I have seen Canadian Universities that are not accepting Duolingo for Sept 2022 forward. I hear there is an issue with fraud in the results. Definitely check your entrance requirements as to test they will accept.

I was kicked out by Duolingo three times and I don't know why... Duolingo actually doesn't allow the student to take any notes during the test. If the camera cannot view your whole face, the test will stop and restart from the beginning again (the time for restarting is limited).

Hi, how are you doing? I just took the duolingo english test but they didn't certified my test because apparently I looked for a long period of time way from screen but I never looked away. The only moment when I looked away from the screen is when I was doing a written task where I needed to see my keyboard and check what I'm writing. So I'll be doing the test again but I wanted you to recommend me a tip for the writing tasks so that this problem does not happen again....

Hi Yulia. I have taken the practice test twice now, I got 125-140 and 110-155. This a quite broad range in my opinion. I need at least 119 on the test to get approved. Do you think I am fine taking it now or should I practice more? How realistic are these practice scores I received? Thank you!

Sometimes I was looking down to my keyboard to write words correctly.
That day I set a camera in my room to record my actions. Should I send them this video?
P.S. I went though the video and found that the only thing which I did is looking sometimes down to my keyboard. That's all.

Thanks for the advice, I've been watching your videos about the DET since a month ago in order to improve my score. Actually I need 120, however I reached only 110 at my first try two months ago. Nevertheless, by studying and watching your videos, I reached 130-145 in the practice test scores. Speaking section still is the hardest to me. Can you upload a video specifically talking about the speaking section in the next weeks?

Hello everyone, I’ve been studying for days, my practice test scores go as follows: 90-140, 90-130, 95-130. The lower result I got was 85-130 and the highest one was 100-140(or 145). I got the same response 5 times. Itjust does not make sense. They wasted 2 months of my time. Sadly, I might not be able to meet up this year with my education plans as I am out of time.

I am constantly getting 110-140 (overall), but I need 125-140 and almost every time I get 105 on Production, no matter how much I try I am constantly getting 105 on production (detailed results)
