It’s seems like Lindsey is the one with the issue. Even on the show she seem like the outcast. She didn’t fit in! You could not have done the show I’m pretty sure it was by choice. No one on the outside will never know what happened but you shouldn’t keep your son away from his family. Whatever happened I pray the family can put it behind.

I see Lindsie and I see someone that was/is hurt and felt shut out. And that hurt shows up as being a stand-off and an angry person. My dad had molested us for years and no one spoke up. Everyone would always say what a great father he was. We were a very Christian family, went to church, had home bible studies and all. He worked hard and was a great provider. But it was a very toxic family and my attitude to the world looked much like Lindsie, as a difficult person with an attitude. But that was a cover for the hurt. I finally walked away and people did and still do to me what they are doing to Lindsey. Tell me how wrong I am from walking away from a toxic family. Everyone stayed and acts like my dad is so great, the world calls him a great father. I call him my worst nightmare and the reason no man can ever touch. You see what people let you see and you never know what is going on behind closed doors.
Shit like this makes me so anger doing that to a child pisses me off.
In most abusive, toxic families the person that doesn't want to go along with the facade looks like they're the problem. When I see a family that tries to look perfect and there is one person that seems to have a lot of problems I always wonder what is really going on under the surface. I've seen many abusers try too hard to come off as kind, good people.

My mom was put in the same situation from her stepfather. He called himself a preacher a man of God. My mom eventually went to counseling to deal with the demons that he tried to destroy her with. She was able to forgive him and her own mother. I hope you have/are getting the assistance you need to battle the demons that he brought into your life. While in the military I shared a foxhole with a male soldier I trusted. I woke up with him on top of me and hands up my shirt. I understand how you feel when you don’t want apart of you touched. I had not thought about that incident for about 6 yrs. In 2018 I went to my doctor to ask her to check my estrogen n testosterone levels because of low libido. She asked me have I ever encountered any form of sexual assault? The whole foxhole incident just hit me next thing I know. I’m going to a in and out patient facility for 30 days. Anyway, I know this is going to sound corny. I want you to be a conqueror. Wishing Love, Peace and Happiness.

Not trying to be mean lindsie but whatever is going on between you and your father Todd don't let things be like this. Stay in touch with him. I lost my dad over 8 yrs and I regret not fixing things with him. Don't hold on to any grudges. It's not good. Hopefully you'll change your mind. Sorry for your troubles.
I don't agree with you. Some people are toxic. Or if not toxic then have a lot of mental and emotional issues that make them too broken to not brake others. It's possible to be a good person and not keep kontakt with your parents.

Lindsey's father has been extremely vindictive and with people that won't accept personal responsibility or accountability you can't fix things with them ever

You’ll are on the outside looking in, we don’t know what happens or is happening with this family. Angrier and resentment towards Todd could come from many places. Maybe, Todd treated his second set of kids better than he treated the first set. I will say this, I think as a parent Todd needs to clean up his act. It is discussing for a father to go on national TV and talk harshly about his child. He’s the adult he needs to lead by example.
This is unfortunate.
I really like the Chrisley Family.
But, Linsey did seem to always have an attitude on the show.

And, she is probably searching for her own identity in her life. Todd will always be her father, but she deserves well wishes for who she is as a wonderful and intelligent human being. God loves all!

It’s interesting to me when I read comments where commenters (who by the way don’t know the people they’re commenting about personally at all) want the reconciliation of individuals in a toxic relationship just because of a familial connection. Some relationships are just not intended to last forever. Even when it is a child and parent relationship. If it is better for your emotional, mental, and spiritual health to separate yourself from a nonproductive or loveless relationship, then you have to do what’s best for you. It doesn’t mean that you have animosity or hatred against the other person(s). You can absolutely continue to have love in your heart and want the best for a person(s) without actually being in a close relationship. She loved her dad and Julie when her mom didn't want her and they raised and Julie adopted her. They were great parents then. It's just that when other children came Lindsey were no longer the only child and she became resentful of her other siblings (sister) and wanted to leave. You're so right, I wouldn't kiss my children a** either after I've given you everything and you're ungrateful and disrespectful. Go to 5 minutes and 34 seconds and listen to Todd speak of her on his interview. Parents should love unconditionally and if she needs boundaries to protect herself then we should all support her.
It seems like she had a lot of things to say FIRST and the family responded to her. Now she is saying she only responds when something is said about her. They never say anything super negative like she does. If you want to be left alone Lindsie, then you shouldn’t have opened Pandora’s box. I think she’s carrying around the same bitterness her mother has. Her brother has retracted his mean statements about their father, and matter of fact his daughter is being raised by Todd and family, so it says a whole lot of something about her.

This is an interesting interview. I'm in support of Todd on this. Todd can be over the top some times but that's what makes the show sale. Lindsie says that there's always some drama surrounding her and that pretty much didn't make her look good. Most of the drama surrounded the other kids and their misadventures. I think Todd kept it real about Lindsie's storyline when he said that he didn't agree with her marriage and how it was done. I think she is really looking for reasons to say that the show negatively impacted her.
It's funny how Lindsie says that she had issues with her family before the show and they didn't know how everything would play out. Yet she still went on the show and made money for each episode. She would be lying if she said that show didn't help her. She benefited financially and because of that show she has more opportunities. I think Lindsie is spoiled and jealous of her siblings and the fact that Todd is with Julie and not her mother. If she is truly tired of this then she should stop doing interviews and "responding".

I think that he still loves her but who wouldn't want to distance themselves from one of their kids, that did things that could've had them in jail. If she is ready to reconcile with Todd, I think she'll reach out to him. She just doesn't seem to be in a place to even be approached right now. I'm pretty sure the ratings would go up for his show though. If Lindsie ever decides to discuss them reconciling on air, she would benefit as well. I'll say this......I take it real personally when I hear about families not fighting to stay close. I literally lost my whole family and not having family is hard! I'd give anything to have them back. When we lost our daughter, it was my husband & I at her funeral, we had only been living here eight days so we really didn't know anyone, the pastor called some of members to come be with us so we wouldn't be there alone. When our second daughter died, the same thing and when my husband died, same thing. The bank froze our account until I brought the death certificate which takes time and there was no one to call for help. Family is important and can be gone in a blink so try to work things out.

She seems awful how can you say you will never consider to reconcile with your family & to leave you alone. No heart whatsoever. Did you see the interview where Todd said he would never reconcile with Lindsie? He is the parent, and as the parent he should demonstrate not only unconditional love, but unending love. I guess she learned from her dad how to treat family.

I can understand where he's coming from cuz he doesn't trust her anymore & she can easily record their conversations & try to use it against him to make herself look good for attention. She doesn't like the cameras but look at how she pushed her grandma on one episode for the cameras & attention. Faye was already injured knowing this Lindsie still pushed her & she fell & could have injured herself more than she was. losing my father two years ago. This is very sad honestly…I was very much a daddy’s girl, and I know sometimes relationships with parents are rocky and not the best. If they do come together in the future, I hope they do it in private & respect each other’s boundaries and feelings. We never know what goes on behind the scenes, I’m a true believer of that. I do hope they can mend things.
That’s very hard for you to understand because there’s extreme narcissism in that family. My mom was the same way. Abused my dad and me and my brother. She was a narcissist and violent alcoholic and allowed her boyfriend to molest me and my brother. She never fully took responsibility and died suddenly four years ago. Nothing was resolved nor mended because People like that don’t change. Narcissistic people are sociopaths. They have no regards for others but only out for themselves and will not admit their wrongs. Which is why Lindsie got out of it to save herself and her son from that toxic family. It’s very dangerous and can destroy your life. She chose safety first and foremost for her and her own family. I can totally relate to that.

I've tried to be open minded to this entire situation as I do understand what it's like to be in a situation to where there was a lot of emotional and physical abuse. I have seen a lot of people go through domestic abuse as well however, on that same note, I don't feel that Lindsie is coming from a genuine place. Solely because of how he is with his other children, how honest he seems to be in most of his public areas. In no offenses to her, but, she seems very narsastic, and doesn't seem to have true emotions. Everything about her seems very orchestrated and tactical and as far as her siblings go she claimed that they were guilty of things no one knows even happened or not so it would be normal for them to keep their distance and not really want to be associated with her right now. Of course, this is all opinions based on what the public can see. I do hope that one day they will be able to come together and be a family again in a healthy, non toxic environment.

First, I don't see how anyone can say Lindsie is spoiled. Since her freshman year of college (about 10 years ago) Lindsie and Will have almost fully supported themselves. Except for the 3 seasons off the show (which she still worked for. She wasn't just cut a check because of her last name), Lindsie and Will have provided for themselves and Jackson a very comfortable life. They have worked hard for everything they have and that is no where near being spoiled. Her other siblings rely on Todd for his money so if course they are going to side with him. I'm not saying they don't work, and are trying to have their own projects, especially now that they are older, but they do still rely on him for alot. Secondly, because she doesn't run to Twitter or Instagram to post every emotion does not mean she is untrue about her feelings, she just chooses to only defend herself publicly and process her emotions where she should, off the internet. People are constantly saying that this should not be handled on social media, and when she chooses to do so then everyone calls her fake. Thirdly, her and Will have handled this speration so gracefully and lovingly and no one is giving them credit for that because they are so worried about the drama Todd keeps starting. And finally how can anyone think Lindsie is a Narcissist. If anyone in this whole situation is a narcissist it's Todd. In the dictionary for the definition they should just make it his picture. Lindsie is no where near a narcissist. She has worked so hard on herself and all these people need to just stop with the bullshit. What they are doing to her is not right, and especially at the time where she needs the support the most. I would like to say Lindsie I am so overwhelmed by the Grace and Dignity you have shown. You are someone I am very proud to look up to. The way you put Jackson before yourself with no hesitation is so amazing, and I think others should take lessons from you. No one in this world is perfect, and mistakes will happen, but you have done the absolute best that could be wished for in that hard of a situation. Jackson is so lucky to have you as his mother, and Will as his dad. You both have done amazing!! I do wonder though because I still see so much love between you and Will still, if maybe doing marriage counseling for 1 full year before committing to a divorce maybe useful. I am just one little person, and I don't know very much of the whole story, but none can deny the love that you and he have for each other right now, even in the situation. No matter what happens though you are amazing, I know no matter what the outcome you will grow and continue to shine, and you should be extremely proud of yourself, and Will. We are definitely proud of you, and can see the real authentic you even if others can't.

He can be hilarious, but I wouldn't want to be his kid from what I've seen on the show and podcast. Have you listened to coffee convos (and not just bits and pieces all of them)? Lindsie never brings them up, except the few times she has defended herself, she never bashes them it's only memories with them, but nothing terrible. But yet, Todd has multiple episodes on his podcasts focused solely on bashing her. Todd has said himself he begged her to keep the Christley name and because of that she kept it. Her career has nothing to do with the Christley name. The other kids are always Daddy I need a Rolex, Daddy but me this house or a hundred thousand dollar car, or give me money for this business or whatever and the only thing Lindsie has asked for is respect. Her and Will built their life on their own, not based on her last name. I didn't know who she was until I started listening to coffee convos. When I learned about the drama I starting listening to both podcast coffee convos and Christley confessions and that's what I based my opinion on. Neither are perfect and both of them have made mistakes, but if more people would dedicate to actually listening to coffee convos and not just believing a lot of what Todd spews I really think their minds would be more open.

I think if Lindsey established a "sweet and caring" attitude and by setting boundaries for her and her family and her Dad they could move forward in a positive direction.
