Great paint job, only other thing I’d say to do is to take the helmet apart some more to help allow the helmets moveable plates to do their job without being compromised by dry paint. I’m currently painting a F7 myself. It’s a lil more work but it helps for a cleaner look and safer experience
What did I miss? Looks like he’s painting it out in the garage with the door open. Why all the criticism? Did some of you not watch the complete video and just assume he painted it inside? I truly do not understand some of you people.
You just did something stupid to your son's helmet. When you used a can of spray paint your voided the warranty of the helmet it can no longer be reconditioned by any helmet reconditioner.
for most of he reconditioning costs for a single helmet, it is cheaper to buy him another new helmet in the right color anyway especially since he's going to be growing
@@TheMountainMan O-tay, I guess not if your kid is riding the pine cause every helmet sent out to get painted and they use rattle can on them that shit chips and flakes. Sure, if you use a good clear coat it'll last till the end of the game, but if you knew anything you'd cerakote it like I and other professionals there Chuck.
@@23MRNOLIMIT was that English? I paint football helmets for teams all the time and use rattle cans all the time! You just have to know how to properly paint and seal. It’s simple. Bob.
@@TheMountainMan English? 🤣🤣. Maybe you should go back and reread it there, Chuck, because it was clear English. It's not my fault you don't know what riding the pine means, even though you claim to be a helmet reconditioner that uses rattle cans 🤣🤣. Also, I guess you can go cheap when you're doing it for the pee wee team and the parents don't know any better..

Thank you very much for this video!
Glad it was helpful!
what was the names of all the products you used ?
what products did you all use ?
Shouldve taken the helmet apart.
Try painting it outside next time. That’s dangerous
Hey the metal pieces near the ear pads do those come out or do they just have to be taped ?
Either way
Inside wow
can you make a video of putting the parts back together
He didn’t take anything apart but the face mask
you should have got it painted by a certified professional
Why do this indoors?? By 10:30 you can tell that the cameraman is drunk because of all the fumes
Ha! Poor kids lost tons of brain cells during the making of this video.. 💯💯👍🏼👍🏼

So if helmet is painted it can’t be reconditioned? So how can you change color?
Stop with the nonsense
You never want to use rattle cans for this cause it's just going to chip and flake.
Lol false.
