Aw thank you so much! they taste slightly sweet and not much else :) they are packed with vitamins and minerals, especially vit A & B and are pretty high in protein. So I like to add them as an extra boost sometimes 💚

I'm just about to start trying out veganism for the first time, but I've heard that you need to take additional supplements, so I was just wondering if you take any and, if so, what they are and how often. Yes, that’s true! We were about to travel when covid hit and had to cancel everything. We didn’t have a home since we already canceled our lease so we were forced to find a new place in Sweden. We are moving since we love warmer climate, better fruits end veg and the overall vibe in Spain 🌊🥑🌴
