This is a remarkable album from a remarkable record company. It is one of the best for music and sound quality. I own it on CD, SACD and LP, and I bought a 2nd SACD of it as a gift for a friend. Highly recommended.
I'm not a big fan of the S sounding in this recording
@@GigiDAmico The sounds of her breathing, the sounds of the ending of letters like "d" and the sibilants like "s", and the overall intimacy of her voice on the entire album suggest that they used close mic'ing for her (and her guitar) (as well as, probably, spaced omnis for the overall sound stage space). But there are few if any who do it better than Chesky, in my opinion. Check out their recordings of Portuguese vocalist Ana Caram. I have no idea what she's singing, but I absolutely love the way that she sings it!

In my life have I heard such a beautiful voice ! Nie jestem melomanem, więc wiele płyt też w życiu nie przesłuchałem ale z tego co przesłuchałem, to na tym tle głos tej wokalistki wyróżnia się co już bije od samego początku, niesłychaną finezją. Głos w którym z piękną finezją, płynnością, lekkością, zmienia się barwa głosu która mówi o sobie samym że wydobywa się z młodej, szczupłej dziewczyny. Ten głos wiele mówi o cielistości artystki, wręcz sugestywnie wywołuje wyobraźnię. Dla mnie to piękne erotyczne zjawisko.
