    LPL lock ratings:
Picks in 3 seconds = Absolutely Terrible, needs to unexist itself to rid the world of this blasphemy
Picks in less than 10 seconds = You can do better than going to Amazon for locks
Picks in less than 30 seconds = You can do away with this if you dont use it to hide diamonds or your Club penguin account
Picks in less than a minute = You can hide most of your valuable stuff in this shit, maybe even your soul
Picks in more than a minute = Pentagon level security, it can even be a second area 51 if you get ambitious
Anything that is more than 2 minutes = Unbreachable, Physics would break should you consider to pick this lock, only god can open it but it would take him at least 30 minutes to do it, or your occasional 4th dimensional creatures since they can just see through inside anything this lock is securing and pick it up

Go to a garden and make wire flat on some rocks. I abraded it. So I have medium security door in my house - or as can I say - lock from realatively famous company for security. So ... I just lockpick into my house in 2 minutes. (For some pins I also must use needle.) It really freaks me out. I never try to pick security lock just because it is security. But you opened my eyes. I can literally lockpick into my own house.

Interesting that you said "I _feel_ as if...", because feel is the one thing that you can't learn from a video. You can hardly see any movement in the tension tool, but there's a whole lot of fine adjustment going on when he mentions counter-rotation on the security pins etc. You can really only get that feel through practice on all different kinds of cylinders. Most padlocks, (even those with security pins) are an order of magnitude easier to pick than something like this.

You have to put this in perspective. LPL is working in laboratory conditions with just about every concievable lockpicking tool to hand. If it doesn't exist, he'll call up Bosnian Bill and they'll invent a tool.
Burglars either do not bother with locks at all, rather finding a way to bypass them, or they'll have tools for a specific type of lock. For instance in an estate neighbourhood, where all flats and houses are keyed by the same counsel housing coporation, a burglar might carry a bumpkey for that brand of lock.
But more often than not they'll force a window open or shim the door or use the old bent-coat-hanger-through-the-mail-slot technique. None of which have anything to do with the quality of the lock cylinder at all.

Interesting lock. The lack of drill protection is a bit worrisome, as that is likely the only way 99.9% of criminals (the ones that don't just break a window or kick in your door) would get in. Watching a lot of LPL's recent vids with crappy locks that can be raked or opened with common household objects, it's easy to forget what an experienced, skilled picker he really is.
