Someone, some thing, needs to enact regulations on these "news" channels. At some point it *has* to be a criminal endevor. So sick of it all.
Unfortunately, because they are transmitted over a cable and not broadcast over the air, the government and FCC has no jurisdiction over them. They can pretty much say anything they want and the only recourse anyone has is to sue them. And in that case, the plaintiff has to prove willful, purposeful malice that actually did damage to the victim.
That’s how they get away with spewing a load of trash nightly while calling it “news”.
