Thanks for watching! Did this video surprise you or make you rethink your approach? What's your plans for the off-season?

For me weights are all year long (more intense over winter)
Cardio. Movement. Flexability in spring-summer. The game is just much easier the less gassed I am.

Great into anything on pdf format, just joined the 14 day blueprint.
Looking to organize my training a bit more.

So I just signed up for a summer of crossfit with the misus, I hope the programming covers a lot of aerobic conditioning hahaha.

Never been so motivated in my life to go rowing! If I were to add in a rowing session once a week in the off season, what would a good heart rate be to try and stick to? (I do have a garmin watch that measures it)

Still zone 2. You should be able to talk fairly comfortably whilst doing it

Can this also apply to women, I’m about to start some women’s rugby and I want to train a bit before the start of the season

I play rugby league so just about to go into my off season very shortly. How long should be taken at the end of the season to do no training at all?

Depends, but usually a week is enough. You should be training with appropriate volume either way
