I signed with an NRL team (you can probably guess who) out of school back in 2003 and the wrestle was a huge component of pre-season. It burns different 🤮 😂

Crusaders are Super rugby Champions 6 years straight. Most brutal team in NZ rugby
I'd be interested to know the details of the drill. Two 3 minute blocks of 1/2 wrestling then 1/2 running?
Same, it seems like an effective way of practicing the breakdown with little injury risks
One of the most finely-tuned Rugby eyes (Scotty) didn't offer you a trial - that's gotta hurt. j/k
