@@jeffeywalsh3079 try all the safe mode options one more time, you can also try disconnecting your PS4 after turning it off and waiting a few minutes then plugging it back in into a different outlet if you can. If you’ve tried everything and nothing works then it’s probably your hard drive , you can buy a new one for about $50 and it should fix the problem, maybe also try cleaning your PS4.
