NSA First of all not from Delhi, from Ggn only :) Your point ki offc ke pass rehlo doesn't make sense to me because if you know ggn, you'll know here both partners work almost and offc for both cannot be at the same place. Moreover, if tmrw one is switching job, will they switch home too? Secondly, if we want to increase GDP here, want people from Delhi to contribute here by getting into real estate, metro will give them more motivation to come to ggn. Like you said, parents in Delhi don't want to sell their house their. Mostly the reason old generation don't want to settle in ggn is lack of public transport, specially metro, where they feel they'll be trapped at home. Just my opinions sir. I totaly agree with your comment my dad is ready to sell delhi property and ready to buy in old Gurgaon since majority of punjabi population lives there. The only thing missing is Metro bcoz my dad has spent his life in west delhi and he doesn't want to drive car for 30-40kms in his 60's to visit his friends after every 2-3 days.
Daily lacs of people coming from Delhi to gurgaon, manesar spending there time in traveling. If there is metro connectivity from Delhi, there will not be property demand in gurgaon and manesar. This is a reality. Property Demand is more in gurgaon and definitely metro will reduce this demand.
Today you have reveled why DPR is on hold from 7 years, and definetly no metro is going to be run in near future. But today you got carried away in emotions, but I can understand. 😃
