If you have done civil engineering , u would know concrete absorbs heat and is good conductor , that's why on roof people use mud phasla pots to prevent heat. In fact brick wall normal construction have better heat and sound insulation. Finally , you can't make a jheeri in many walls and route electrical connections since it's concrete, requires society permission which society won't give. One of my friends is stuck in an interior project because of this. So kindly don't position Mivan as God .. mi van has come recently but concrete beam pillar framework has been there for centuries.
