How To Make Stir Fried Udon Noodles | Garlic Shrimp Udon Stir-Fry

Here’s how to make my version of Stir Fried Udon Noodles.
Ingredients you’ll need are:
400g Udon Noodles
150g Shrimp
211g Cabbage
54g Carrots
48g Onion
2 cloves Garlic
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Honey or Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
For Garnish:
Green onion
Toasted Garlic
