£60.00 and £70.00 for a detail of your standards in London is definitely reasonable, they charge that amount over here in Leeds!
Actually 60£ isn't so cheap, here in Milan a deep cleaning is about 20€ and the result isn't so different...
I live in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I ask for a wash 75 euros that's include also interior vacuum and plastics and dresses etc bud a full interior detail looks almost what he did in the g wagon it looks almost like a full interior detail I ask for a full interior cleaning 95 euros

@@alainveenman6571 you should definitely upsell your detailing packaging mate ! 75 for an exterior detail is an awesome respectable price but don’t forget that time is money and that an interior vacuum is time consuming so you could make a combination package as for example -> full exterior detail + basic interior detail €125 -> your time is money don’t let it get wasted ! £70.00 is about $90. In the US, a detail this good would cost you $150+ easily. So IMO, £70.00 is a bargain.

Most details for non-SUVS are $300-450 USD. This is absurdly inexpensive.
Here in Germany easy 250 - 400 Euro.
it depends where you live in the US, in my area $150 is like the starting minimum. If you want a really good job its well into the $200-$300 range
Got to laugh at a couple of toffs who are living in one of the wealthiest areas of London snorting in derision about spending 60/70 quid on a detail of this quality. You should have told them to come back in an hour Tino to see the finished work!

@@duplicitouskendoll9402 is that in his website or something? I've never really heard of a detailer charging per hour, it's industry standard to charge per service. But that would make more sense why they thought it was expensive.
That SNOB scoffing at the price just made me laugh, i guarantee she's never done a days work in her life and ask her what hourly rate her husband was getting paid in London as a Solicitor, Dentist, Surgeon, Barrister etc. Bet she didn't scoff at his £500-2K hourly rate back in the day.

It`s good to be concious that the toxic chemicals and heavy metal residues left after washing cars will eventually end up poisoning the enviroment. Where you wash your car does make a difference. Glad that Poland has thought of that.

They are complaining about 88 dollars USD that's crazy, I've paid 325 USD for a detail and that's not the most people charge.

Hey Tino, you don’t need to reply, but i just want to make sure you park your work van in a closed garage, or private parking. I say this because, one of my friends is also a mobile car cleaner and he used to park his truck out on the streets and thieves figured out which one was his truck, broke into it and stole everything. Just want you and your equipment to be safe from thieves.

Nice work but where I live,this would be forbidden as the chemicals would contaminate the ground water. You can only wash your car in special places.

It costs way more here in Sweden, around the double or even 1.5 times as much for the same standard.. with conversion done of course.. Never paid that though as I do it myself. But we had a company with a shop in the next building from our office that had those more expensive prices.

I appreciate the quality content on your channel and the work you do for your customers. However, I wondered why you couldn't choose a shaded location to wash the car. This would make your washing process easier and prevent drying spots from the sun while you haven't finished washing the car. Wishing you all the best!

In Germany for example it isnt allowed to wash your car on public roads, since you can pollute groundwater doing it, thats why I only do it at the local car wash/petrol station.

I have a question, for the exterior, does the "ceramic snow foam" gives the shine effect like the "exterior detail" does? Man i'd love to join you and help out washing cars around London. I miss car detailing so much since moving here.
£60-70 is the starting price listed on his website. What we see in the videos is probably the 'full valet' at a minimum and the 'Tino Detail'. Anything below that, I don't think he does it himself (I imagine he has more employees) and those are not the ones he uploads to CZcams. I live in Spain, and any detailing service like the one seen in the video costs no less than 350-500€, and moreover, it cannot be done on the street or the authorities will fine you. This elderly couple probably doesn't really know the work that Tino is doing and just wants a regular car wash. Those of us who like cars know that these types of washes involve a lot of work and are much more thorough. I really enjoy watching Tino's videos and looking how cars shine after his work.

I live in California and my prices are still "normal" for the same work. He does good work. I would charge $120 dollars for this work. And $80 dollars for normal client

If you are charging $70 for that level of detail, your clients are getting an incredible bargain. Here is the US (Texas), that level of detail would be easily north of $300. You do an AMAZING job! Super impressive.

£70 for a big car and £60 for a small one-your prices are incredible! Here in Germany, they charge exorbitant prices like American detailers. In my area, in-and-out detailing with ceramic protection starts at 150€.

that couple defo have a nice premium car they take through a drive in wash for £6 and have it covered in scratches, trim pulled off and then cry about it vs having someone actually caring and doing a proper job.

When u say £70 yes it sounds like a lot I would say the same thing but when u watch the video and see the hard work and time put into it then it makes u think would I like to do everything myself the exact same as he did in the video a big no ! Those kind of people is the reason I quit car washing and detailing and focused on forex trading! They don’t understand the difficulty of the job, the rush you need to be in so the water and soap don’t dry on the car before the rinse presses, the amount of products that you use, the fact that you do it mobile and you go to their places which that means that you’ll get stuck in traffic after, plus the fact that it’s a whole set before you start washing any car and you also need to do quick but good job and leave quickly for the next!
Please Tino, get a partnership in mainland Europe. I want to buy more product but end up paying 2.5 times the price listed on the website because of customs and transport.
