electric stoves are for the most part garbage. the heat doesn't get distributed as evenly and there's no way for the heat to stay as constant as a flame would.

@@somehoodedguy grill tastes better because of the charcoal smoke and the flame getting to lick the meat from fat flare ups. has to be a charcoal grill though. gas grills make meat taste like propane
