How to paint a bathroom with damp spores and flaking

Painting a bathroom by using Zinsser Coverstain as the sealer to seal against damp spores and primes bad flaking areas.
Remove all loose material and fill any holes with lightweight filler.
Then use a good quality bathroom paint such as Permawhite or Tikkurila's Luja 7 to finish off.

If the damp is coming through from an external source that needs to be rectified first. If it's internal from the steam of the shower, leaving windows open and having a fan that works will help. Also B&Q don't sell Tikkurila products. But they do sell bathroom paint. This will help in preventing damp spores from forming
