I know Mark and many others that started the big contests as we know it. I met up with Mark in 1988 when he came to our original Toledo NNLs. He was the editor the Putty Thrower of SAE magazines at those times. Lots of memories!!! Thank you Tim!!
This is a who's who of styrene. Excellent job Tim. I truly appreciate the attention given to the vintage open wheel race cars. Both Indy and Formula. These folks certainly do work magic.

There’s nothing I could say that I’m sure everyone else hasn’t already said a hundred times over , so I’ll just say WOW ! The modelers at this show are a grade above. So talented. And some have some wild imaginations. But I don’t think I saw one car that I wasn’t impressed with. Awesome show , very good coverage. 👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️
Hard to believe that these are model kits. Most of these like ok actually real cars with the amount of details went into each one of these. Just amazing. Thanks for the great videos

Beautiful paint work. So many modelers these days blasting Round2/AMT/MPC for putting out “junk” kits….meanwhile, they couldn’t lay down a finish like this if their life depended on it. Quit complaining about flash, and work your your SKILLS.
These are all, to a one or almost, gorgeous. If only Die Cast could take a note on fit and finish, especially the rims and tires. Nothing screams "Toy" like the wheels on most Die Cast. Really pretty, guys. I'm all in...
Are you guys (and gals) having the same problem that us model railroaders have with the lack of younger kids joining the fun we have with our awsome hobbies??
