It is really awesome isn't it.. Goes to show how impressive some of these guys are mentally. Colin is more than happy to just enjoy the day and doesn't get miffed about a bogey because he knows when he turns it on it's a totally different game. Truly awesome video
Yeah he's alright, when he's relaxed. When he isn't he has a very short fuse and and he can be a rude ****. Was never the most popular on tour or with the galleries

@@Dionysos640 Hit the nail on the head right there lol. I was a volunteer at the SAS championship and he yelled at me to stop walking when he was putting like 70 yards away from him. Wasn't my favorite guy then but this is a totally different look

It' is nice to see MR GRUMPY is actually a very fun nice guy. He has definitely been working out though, you can see the 6 pack under his shirt. He has always been one of my favourite golfers. His swing just repeats and repeats. I smiled all through this .

Always loved Monty and SO wanted to see him capture a Major Championship on the regular tour but he has enjoyed tremendous success on the Champions Tour and I feel like his Senior Major Championship wins on the Champions Tour are every bit as good as the regular tour.Yes,Monty is most definitely a legend.

Always knew Monte was a legend, but being here in America, we didn't really get to see his personality. He's a stitch, the banter and quick wit, like many of the commenters said below, I couldn't help but smile through this whole thing. Great Job bringing us not just a legend, but really introducing us to the man.

10 years ago or so Monte was practice putting in a senior event here in the US. My brother in law and I went. I was observing him practicing along with the other senior players. He looked up at me, nodded, and smiled. I smiled and nodded back. Made my day.

An absolute treat! Monty was one of my favourites back in the day too. Those towering fairway drivers into par 5's were legendary. Hasn't lost his ball striking either. That fairway bunker shot was dreamy.

Held the hotel door open for Monty at the Belfry at the B&H International Open over 20 years ago. He looked genuinely surprised that someone was willing to help him and thanked me with a massive smile. So many people thought he was a grouch and I think he almost believed them. Seemed like a lovely bloke to me and I always admired him as a golfer and a person.
I’m an American, and I love Monte. I miss the days when TGC didn’t have PGA Tour Broadcasts, but they had the European Tour. I loved watching Monte work.
