I played it in 8x speed and used the right arrow key and he still bored me to death. this is a very misleading tutorial for beginners. the extension he used is just a download grab. the correct way to do it is to either just do it yourself without the extension by dragging the html file into chrome and chrome will automatically open it, or do it the professional way and host it on localhost which is why I actually came here. Overall very disappointing video idk how so many people enjoyed it.

Can you make a part 2 explaining how to do a background picture for the website. Im trying to make an associates page for keeping up with brand deals and how many people used our codes. Can you tell me how to creat something like tht if you know how?

No need of extension select auto save option and then go to file location and open with browser....if you make any changes in your file than reload the page in that browser...

This already helped me by simply saying "the file has to be a .html file".. Before watching this I just hopped into visual studio code, created a new file but didn't notice it was a .txt file and wondered how I can test the code..
You can host the site with Gitlab or Github, but the source code will be public and anyone can see it. Or you can host it on your own PC where the source code won't be public. But you will need to purchase a domain (Like 40$ a year) to actually host it.

You need CSS
No one else but you can see the website. You need a domain to make a website someone can get to.
