Across that whole time the only thing I knew was how to open and close body and head elements
Nothing else
I still don’t know everything I need to know like I’m trying to link an external database to a site I’m making but I ain’t got no clue how to do it

something you might find useful tho: the bold tag and the italic tag has for best practice been replaced with the and (short for emphasis) tags respectively.
this is in order to further separate markup and styling. hope this helps.

@Cube Memes You are right, bold and italic were in vogue earlier, and they still work even today. However, the primary reason for for italics and for bold being used now is that we are slowly moving to these tags as tag denotes the importance of the word where as tag simply brings attention to the word. On the face of it, bold gives similar results, but tag is for semantic emphasis.
