This hysterical woman is strangling her dog while freaking out over her lies and fabrications.
That clip hit the news pretty hard, because the black guy was just out there birdwatching, and she said, on camera, while he was being perfectly civil and reasonable, that she'd call the police and tell them he was threatening her and was scared for her life - and she said it in a sneering, angry way that showed she was absolutely malicious, thought her "power" as a white woman could be used as a weapon against him, and it was all caught on his recording, along with the awful way she was choking her dog and oblivious to it, even after he told her she was choking the dog and begged her to stop.
If I remember rightly, animal control took the dog, she lost her job, and faced charges for what she did. This was a pretty old story though, so I might have misremembered some details. But the full clip is still out there I'm sure, "Central Park racist woman calls police on black man/chokes her dog" is bound to bring it up.
Thats scary when people lie like that they should go to prison. Imagine if the black guy got arrested.
