Who’s that Julio guy? Is he an international basketball star? Artista? Model?
exxactly what I told my friends from the US. as long as they keep earning dollars, and they decide to live here, they will live like a K-I-N-G.👑
🥰🥰🥰
If you work there and earn monthly and as a foregnier i think you can live like king.If you are an expat and live in a pension nop.You will only have your pension montly, thats all
I have friends how work in bpo /call center as spanish speakers and earn salary plus comision.they can live good.
I love that Venezuelan guy. He's intelligent I can sense by the way he answered the question.

😍😍😍🥰 Obrigado
Thank you sir, proud Filipino😊 love the way you interview..
Thank you so much 😊
Well, to be honest, it's not only in Philippines but globally, most prices of goods really increased. Some of it by inflation, while others are the after effects of pandemic. I think Venezuela has one of the worst inflation rate in the world right now, forcing most of its people to flee in neighboring countries. Well, lucky are those who are priviledge enough to travel & live somewhere better & start a new life.
Kudos to you. I really love how you deliver your interviews ❤ God bless you.😊
Thank you so much! 🥰😊

Thanks brother for promoting Phils.
Nice interview, keep it up man!
Thank you so much 🥰
depends on the neighborhood. In BGC is really expensive or in Makati, but if you find your way to quezon city for example everything if not cheap is fair.
Yes Philippines is exotic country, beautiful and amazing country.
The Venezuelan guy, maybe he meant, family friendly nightlife vs adult nightlife.
The first guy live in BGC, the most expensive Place in the Philippines and he expect the meal there to cost 2 dollars. 😅. When they said Philippines is cheap they meant 95% of the Philippines which is not BGC or Makati. Also thats why the people there is not friendly is also because he lives in BGC most people living there are rich or middleclass. And you know well off people are snubs.
He’s a rich white Latino that is why
Im glad to know some foreigner that their experience here in Philippines is they feel safe😊
🥰
All foreigners - around the world are welcome.Philippines is a
Hospitable country
We have always an open
Arms whoever you are😊
It's not a Hispanic country you guys don't speak Spanish just because 3% speak Spanish doesn't mean anything it's like calling Jamaicans British or Anglo because Britain ruled over them
The guy in white shirt is actually a vlogger. Ive seen him in a few blogs.
Nah these peeps have to go outside bgc to experience the latin vibe at the reality check that they have travelled across seas to just feel like back at home.
I know Latinos syempre. They are one of the most beautiful people around the world.Just like Philippines, they loved singing and pageantry.😅
love to listen to foreigners' review of Philippines.
You’re on the right channel 🥰😍🙏🏿
That's why i love calvin ❤
🥰🥰🥰
Nice I enjoy your interview fr different foreigners😊
Thank you so much 😊
Great video stay safe always have a great day God bless
Thank you so much 😊
My grandparents has Spanish blood white but they're all Filipinos too. They speak Spanish mixed with native pacific language
where are they from? My guess they're from the Negros Island.
@@deibuudeeibu6312 Cebu, cebuano but they went to Davao in the 1980s
Have you done a DNA analysis check?
The only thing Zamboanga, a province located southeast of the country speaks Chavacano dialect, which is similar to Spanish but has Tagalog/Cebuano loan words. Zamboanga is the Latin America of Asia.
Theres also Chavacanos in Ternate, Cavite.
@@spriteythesillyhuskytv9267 Yeah, there are a lot of people that speaks Chavacano in Cavite City and Ternate which is actually much closer to spanish
@@imdark4975 I think they can mostly understand Spanish speakers, but as a Spanish speaker it’s sometimes hard to understand Chavacano
One can still buy a cheap meal under $2 here in the Philippines. Just go to a "carinderia" (a kind of small store with lots of different local foods). The guy from Venezuela lives in the high end area that is why everything is really, really expensive😅. If he just stay near the BGC,living will be much cheaper for him. 🙂
I like the venezulelan you interviewed. He's so cute😍😍😍
🥰🥰
visit the lifesize Christmas display in Tarlac City called "Belinismo" along the streets of Tarlac city
That venezolano guy from the start, he seems to be a rich kid able to afford BGC and speak confident english. I'm so glad he landed in Philippines. In his beautiful country i just watched a teacher earning 15$ a month because of havoc going on in there and most have to cross the Darien gap.
He’s father works as diplomat
Most of the rich South Americans are ethnically Spaniards
@@millennialinmanila5621who is he? I thought he looked kind of familiar
Welcome to our tropical country Philippines .
You can still buy and enjoy a full meal here for $2.
Poblacion is in Makati near in century city.. I been there before a lots of bar everywhere
BGC - Bonifacio Global City
Formerly FORT McKINLEY a US Military Army Base
Became FORT BONIFACIO, a Philippine military base after it was turned over to the Philippine government.
True..ur very safe living in Philippines...if u had a problem, u can easily ask help to filipino people
🥰
For the 1st man who interviewed...I believe pilipino snacks still cheap I'm here in Hongkong now and price is increasing... McDonald's here the cheapest price is 42hkd..and in Philippines lowest price is 180peso or 200 I think.. Greenwich still have price 150 peso ...
This is dope man, i’m a 26 yo American hispanic and i wonder what my experience would be like
You got come here hehe
come here if you can handle the heat (literal heat)
We are hospitable. Just be careful of strange places.
W brother
Mi comida favorita es sisig tambien. Es muy sabroso 🙏 Es unico - no comun en otros paises asi yo sabe
😊❤
Buddy, my meal in Philippines in eateries are from .75 to less than 2 dollars a meal.
Do Not refer the Fancy restaurant prices.
And BGC is comparable to Singapore for its 1st world lifestyle.
So again, a 2 dollar meal is already expensive for me as an Upper middle class Filipino.
So take note on which restaurant u go to.
“Sinful lifestyle” 😂
For some people why bars are always attractive.
Your right Filipina are very jealous but we are genuine people no other nationality can do to care you and respect you
🥰🥰🥰
I think the first guy or the white shirt guy been around the wrong people, or maybe he just hang around business district so much where people are sometimes much conservative a lot of people are kinda introverted. Filipinos are happy people generally, always laughing, always joking, even in tough times, so I guess he hang around people who are much introverted. And the cheaper food or things that he says, its depend on some places, go outside BGC in some EMBO barangays and things start to get cheaper, especially outside Manila.
❤❤❤
🥰🥰
ACtually in the PHilippines, ypu will find Filipinas(the marrying type) on cafes and meeting with close friends. Not in bars. in Bars, majority of filipinas that go there just wanna have fun. and for short term relationships
You know what Fellow Filipinos. Our strength can also be our downfall sometimes! If you know, you know. Western people are different from us.
❤❤❤❤❤
🥰🥰🥰
❤
🥰🥰
The $2 meals is not fake news of course u can’t see $2 meals if u choose to walk in a luxurious restaurant… i myself live on an island were everything is more expensive but i live of $1 every meal and that’s already expensive meal for us bc there’s so much we can buy for a $1
Well if latinos miss south america just visit zamboanga city you can see some resemblance in language but not too close more like broken spanish.
Except it’s more Muslim majority as opposed to the Christian/Catholic background the rest of Ph is
Ph people are gentle so don’t approach us so excitedly or on hype because that will scare us 😂 we think u are being weird and u are too much to handle so we will avoid u 😅 simple smile and greetings are the best.
🥰🥰🥰😂😂
3:47 hahaha he probably thought, “actually you don’t need much game” but stopped himself and thought about the repercussions hahaha but if you’re a foreigner there, it really is easy for anyone to take interest in you. In America we treat tourist with disdain and hate, when they’re just people like us who want to travel too. Maybe jealousy?
Please next time ask them why they move to the Philippines and why they chose to live in my country.
Podcast starts today hehe
I aggree with the guy from Venezuela, BGC is expensive place to live and the good things is safe in BGC, and I heard that you can't bribe the security, and police there most of them are law abiding citizen.i wish I could live there 😅👍 good job Calvin your doing great.
Thank you so much 😊
How are the police in Quezon city? I just saw a video of white tourist j walking by accident in QC and it looked like officer was trying to get bribe and was asking him what he was doing in ph
Poblacion in Makati is great, but you will not see any 'marrying type' women there. 4:58 They are there for fun.
I'm curious about their source of income and income range
Zamboanga city latin city of asia spanish language
In my opinion, generally, Calvin ignores the answers of his interviewees and doesn't build rapport. He skips them by asking another question and doesn't indulge further with the interviewee's previous answer. I just find it awkward and hilarious at the same time. It seems like he's always in a hurry haha.
I kinder felt the same after watching the video! The best way it’s gonna be a podcast.
Poblacion , the town , the main area, market place ,the Centro 😅
😂😂😂😂 Where everything happen 😂
The Venezuelan guy is living in one of the most expensive district in the Philippines hence it's expensive
❤❤❤👍👍👍
🥰🥰🥰 Thank you 😊
I love my mexican people
🥰🥰🥰
Philippines is the best
It is interesting how the second Mexican guy says the totally opposite of the venezuelan who complaints about people not being open and funny.. maybe it has something to do with him, I don´t know I am not judging lol
Maybe because of the community in BGC, people really just mind their own business there. So you really need a community that you prefer or at least a group.
He can visit Cebu or anywhere outside BCG. People are more exclusive elsewhere lmao
👋👍🏻😎🇺🇸
🥰🥰🥰
👌👌👌👌🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
🥰🥰🥰
Fernando es my guapo. 😍
Guapito ,
$2k for rent? Noo way man thats same rent in canada and usa
Kuya is ready ti mingle hahaha shout out kuya handsome you adopt the filipino style hahaha😂😂😂😂😂

Its not fake news to eat a meal $2. I can have a rice and siomai for $1
Diba 😂😂
Bgc abcourse expensive come to malate not expensive
😂😂
Imma find that latin guy bc my school is in bgc
Hey Julio What's up ? haha
Calvin, I’d love to meet Julio and show him how ‘Exotic’ a modern Filipina is. 😂 Did he drop his IG?
Hahaha 🤣 show him in a good way? 🤣🤣
i love it when he describes PH as EXOTIC 🫰
🥰😊
😂😂😂
Very jealous ! You are right !!!!
🥰
The thing they were called u most is,. we say hello come with us to eat and lets drink gin tagay pare😂😂
🥰
Philippines is not cheap at all! Prices is too expensive for locals.
Filipinos and mexicans are like the same thing
Lol they're not if someone says you look Mexican is more than likely they mean you look indigenous Mexican because Mexican isn't a race and indigenous Mexicans look Asian
Lmao I legit thought this video was about how it feels to be a Latin speaker in the Philippines. Got real confused for a minute there man.
😄😄😄🤭🤭
Philippines is an asian country but surnames are mainly latinos
Yea but that doesn't mean they're Hispanic the Spanish ordered them to adopt Spanish last names to make collecting taxes easier
Pinoy ako at sa totoo lang di man ako kumportable mag meet ng gaya ng mga itong latino na to. Pero kung may respeto sila rererespetuhin ko din sila.
Why? They are Catholic ppl with similar cultura and tradition like Filipinos
👌👏❤️🦸🏼♀️
