As a chef of 13 years. I always wanted a restaurant and/or some sort of business that I could do all by myself. There's something so serene and to be able to control everything by your own standards just hits different.
To be able to see you do it alone, gives me hope that I can one day find something similar to what you do. Just fantastic
Oh man, you can do it. Start small; I was at home doing three breads a day, making 60 pounds a week, and now Is my day job

Love to see the passionate craft! I am a flower farmer, and though very different professions, there is a beautiful overlap of dedicated timing, artistry and genuine heart for what is done. Fresh baked good and fresh flowers look lovely together because they simply light up those who get to enjoy them - and not to mention they smell SO GOOD!!

Very hard work that’s tough working at 2 AM. I got into the business of pastries sometimes I have to go in very early. I didn’t like it but I’m thinking of opening my own thing. I love you. Thank you for sharing your stories and baking baking. Thank you JP from Miami Florida.
The hard business guys but if you wanna do it, you just go for it. It doesn’t matter if you feel you get back up and try again that’s my mistake. Don’t do but I did just go for it. Don’t wait don’t ask anybody don’t tell. Nobody just do it, it takes a while but you can do it. Every businessman has failed. Thank you. I wish you were in Miami. This place is kind of weird so beautiful place but it’s just the people, but I deal with it.

Hi brother! What time does your day end usually? I saw that you got up around 2am. Is that a regular thing as well? Your bread looks great btw! Bet it tastes amazing! :D
Fridays start at 2 am and finish around 4 pm; I bake on Fridays and Saturdays. Sometimes, when I have a particular market, on Thursdays or Mondays.
