Just bought my first singing bowl yesterday. I have a lot of stress and anxiety, which is now affecting my heart. I’m hoping this helps. Thanks for the info!

I would incorporate mindful meditation as well . It’s helped me a lottttt! Whenever I think I’m having an off day I just keep in mind I can go home and meditate. It’s like a medicine .

wow. When I was a baby up until I was a young child, I would vocalize pitches and hold them when I was on car rides with my family. I found it very calming... maybe I was mediating and I did not even know it! Haha.

The first time you started playing the Tibetan bowl, I started to get lower back pain, right at the level of my hips mid lower lumbar area. When you said the Tibetan singing bowl was a D, I quickly googled "what chakra is D." And just like I figured... sacral chakra. 🤯

Thank you so much for the wisdom! I have been having a lot of mental health issues as of late and the second I heard the sounds it made me feel calm and a bit at peace. Suffering with PTSD it's hard to center yourself and to be present when your brain falls into the past. Looking more into it, I found you! Definitely sold on singing bowls now. Will update after I order and use one for a bit 😊

'Thank you' for this teaching. mine is the smaller one. I would have loved to purchase by chakra's but had to go by prices. Never could get it to ''sing'', so this really helped to get me started and 'it worked!'
Love the GLASS bowls! Well they are all fantastic in their own ways. You sing well, keeping the notes so nicely, with the bowls.

Excellent video, exactly what I needed!! 😁💜 I’m looking at getting my first bowls & I want a full set for each of the Chakras, but I come across both hammered copper ones & Quartz ones, but I wasn’t sure if the Quartz ones were just a gimmick or not. Seems appropriate to have them made from Quartz considering what Quartz is & what singing bowls are for but I didn’t want to spend around $600 on a set that doesn’t work like I want them for... This video is perfect, answers all my questions plus teaches me how to use each kind (which I know nothing about yet), THANK YOU, I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOU!!! ☺️💜🌈

YES!! You had a spirit or angel pass by the front of you. It looked like a feather and happened a few times. So incredible. I had to play that part in the video a few times and said, "wait...what?" :) beautiful! As are the singing bowls.

It happens again at 3:10, right side and a few that cross in front of him/you (not sure who this is I am responding too lol) at 3:52 - 3:57. Super cool. They seem to love the singing bowls. An important thing that I was waiting to hear is that one should not cup the bowl with the finger tips or it will cut the sound. I am new to this and loved this video.

My crystal singing bowl arrived earlier today from Amazon and used it to cleanse and charge my chakra jewelry and during that time it was very calming, I love my crystal singing bowl. It's the third eye chakra singing bowl. I hope that in time I will be able have the full set

Cool. This was really cool. I would definitely like to hear more about the body vibrating and stuff like that. I know I can feel my body sometimes vibrating naturally but it always seems induced by an intense conversation whether negative or positive. Sometimes it can start out positive and then end up negative, so it always seems like people get annoyed or jarred by those intense feels when it’s just very relaxing for me usually and typically seems to be something I’m just learning. Lol. I wonder what that would feel to get the 3rd eye chakra or pineal gland activated and vibrating with a bowl. Probably turn on more of your dreams while sleeping. Some people have over active pineal glands.
