Larry is one of my favorites, dude makes the show that much more interesting. I rarely comment but I enjoy the channel
I have an Ezuri deck, but stalker of spheres was tried as the commander and it was not a good time, so I switched back to claw of progress lol. Claw Of Progress allows me to make those 1/1 unblockable infect creatures into huge threats with the experience counters

Valduk veteran here. I actually cut bone saw. it doesn't do a ton other than come down early and equip for 1, most of my other cards do that AND... So bone saw becomes less appealing as you upgrade.

Manny wouldn’t have been able to pay the ward on his tragic slip. He only had 2 mana and when he played dismember it costs 1 and 4 life. He only paid 4 life, so technically Larry’s commander should’ve been still alive lol

I'm surprised that nobody has pointed out that the last-turn profilerating shouldn't have worked on Larry. He had protection from everything from The One Ring, and proliferate targets.

Hey advanced gamers: the mill from mesmeric orb, does it trigger mothman for each mill separatly or is the mill one instance, cause untap is done simultaneous
One mill instance, but he does trigger for each nonland, so it doesn't really matter unless you have a very specific interaction in mind.

Long time fan of the show but at 21:10 skullclamp wouldn’t trigger due to the token being exiled and not seeing the graveyard great content thought love to see more

i would like to go back to the day when i could buy alpha beta and unlimited packs for original price. and still could channel fireball lynch turn one before he ever got chance to have turn and play a card. also we hand to ante card and his card was alpha black lotus for me to keep and have for ever

i appreciate the show but in this episode 1 point disturb me:
dismember cost 4 life and 1 mana tragic sleep 1 black mana and ward 1 mana and manny have only 1 island and 1 swamp so i don't understand how he gets the third mana (time 29:25)

Tragic slip play should have been countered. Valduk had ward from his leather armor right? I don't see any extra mana to pay for the ward cost.
It always nice to see that Freddie Mercury just retired to play MTG.
Lots of plus 2's and plus 3's for cheap in red just have to attack, so the whole firebreathing shtick is funny, but not because it's funny. XD

@ 45:24 when Sean plays 'Expand the Sphere', It's not a "You MAY put 2 lands", he HAS to put 2 lands on the field IF there are any. And it seems he didn't check for lands, only counted the cards as he was looking at the back, then flips the entire pile into the gy and declares 'no lands', when he should've at least checked and put 2 if there were any, then proliferate accordingly. Cheers! omw to get a Mesmeric Orb.
It reads up to 2 lands which means it could be a total of 0 lands 1 land or 2 lands so he didn't have to play any lands with it

Wouldn't nazgul legend rule from being the ring bearer?
No. The legend rule only cares if you control two or more legendary permanents with the same name. The ones that aren't a Ringbearer aren't legendary.
They both have to be legenedary. There isn't another legendary permanent called Nazgul on his board
Only the ring bearing Nazgul is legendary, the other nazguls have the same name but are not legendary. Some cards that create copies have similar effects where they create “non-legendary copies” of a card to get around legend rule.
How so? Only the ring bearer is legendary
For the record, this is the exact rule:
"704.5j If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are controlled by the same player, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners’ graveyards. This is called the “legend rule.”"
Well, I think we can all say that we have learned from this game: don't choose to play mono red vs. three blue players...

You guys need a judge or better understanding of rules or to pay better attention to the game. One example, @22:10 Why does Cacophony Unleashed attack? Everyone at the table needs to call out a bad play like that. The ancient tomb was like a smaller issue earlier. Makes watching the rest of the video harder to watch as bad plays pile up, but I do love the fun and energy and legal plays within the rules of the game. In the end it didn't matter, so keep up the good work!

poison is so lame, just make the number higher, to 15 or 20, then i will accept the poison in commander
