Paneer Sandwich Recipe | Try This Easy Evening Snack | Home Cooking

Ingredients
For The Paneer Masala
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp cumin
2 Medium Size onions
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 green Chili
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp Red Chili
1 tbsp Garam masala
150 gms grated Paneer
1 tbsp Salt
Chopped coriander leaves for Garnish
For the toast
8 pieces of bread (sandwich or wheat bread)
1 tbsp Butter
100 gms grated cheese ( Mozzarella or cheddar )
15 gms Chili flakes
Method
In a pan heat the oil, add the cumin and chopped
Onion saute well for 5 minutes
Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute well until the raw smell goes off
Add the chopped tomatoes saute the tomatoes until they become soft
Add the red chili powder and garam masala and saute for a minute
Now add the grated Paneer to the masala and mix well with masala
Add the salt and check seasoning
Cook the paneer for 5 to 7 minutes
Then switch off the stove and add the chopped coriander leaves to the masala and keep it aside.
In a pan heat the butter, once the it starts melting, add the bread to the pan
Toast the bread both sides until it turns light brown
Then add the paneer masala on one side of the brea
Add the grated cheese and chili flakes to the bread
Now close it with lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts down
Serve it hot with tomato sauce
