Chopped garlic - ½ teaspoon
Chopped ginger - ½ teaspoon
Green chilli - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Grated carrot - 4 tbl spoon
Salt
Chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ¼ teaspoon
Chat masala - ½ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Ghee or butter
