I agree with everyone else here - this is the best video I have found on this Windows 10 install from USB, clear, to the point, and with nearly every step distinctly described.
Realize that they did all this instruction in just over 4 minutes ! Compare that to the 10, 12, or 15 minute rambling and sometimes suspect videos that use dodgy 3rd party utilities or don't show each step and still take 3 times longer. Well done.

I pulled that booting USB drive just as the machine auto-rebooted after the installation. Ironically it is one of the few things that an uninitiated user can encounter that will totally mess them up.

There are many key sellers and free tools available to activate Windows 10. I tried several sources, including eBay, but they all stopped working after a couple of months. It was frustrating when my Windows kept deactivating. Once, my laptop crashed, and I couldn’t reactivate the key because it was no longer valid. Then I found a reliable company and haven't had any issues since. Their prices were also fair. Around $20-25.

Thank you so much for this! In my case I was trying to revert a Windows 11 laptop (which came with 11 pre-installed) back to Windows 10. I did everything the same up until the point where you install it.
Before installing I had to go into the BIOS, to "Boot" and disable both default boot options. Then I disabled NvMe in the Fast Boot section, at the same time setting USB to Full Initial. Then I enabled Fast Boot.
After that I Saved and resetted which brought me to the normal install screen you showed. Did everything from there the same, until it was time to reboot.
When restarting it was just looping me back to the install screen. So on the next restart I entered the BIOS again. Simply reverted all the changes I had made.
After saving and resetting once again, it worked! I hope this helps anyone else who had the same problems I did.

    Thanks alot.
For people who get the error "can't install on disk, disk is of type gpt"
You basically need to switch from Legion into UEFI mode, you can find this in the bios, boot options (boot mode)
After that if you want to preserve files, just choose the C disk you to install it in, and if your D disk has files it should be safe hopefully.
But if you want a clean installation (from new) and delete all existing files then u can format the disks that are C and D (if you only had C then only format C) do not format the partitions that are recovery or anything else, only format the disks C and D (for clean installation) then select C to install it and just wait till its done.
If you changed the boot order beforehand, you should go into bios and make sure windows bootmanager is at top, and also change boot mode back into both (legacy and uefi).
(Also careful with pressing f9 in boot options, it's supposed to set boot setup to default but for me it was deleting windows boot manager from the boot options.

This is so helpful. I wanted to add. For those of you with an old ASUS laptop ... you may need to enable Legacy Boot (in BIOS) in order for it to recognize your USB. This had me scrambling for awhile but finally figured out to enable Legacy Boot.
Once enabling Legacy Boot, make sure to Save changes and Exit. Then power off the computer. Power it back on and press Delete key or F2 (i recommend alternating between the two just in case, this is how to access the BIOS initially as well). Then a screen will pop up to select where to boot from. Your USB should display in the list. Select it by navigating with the arrow keys then press enter.
