EPIC 1960's Dry-Powered Hydraulic Elevator - Constitution Plaza North Garage, Hartford CT

I'm unsure precisely who manufactured this. General is a possibility but there aren't as many clues for a positive identification as I would like. I believe Montgomery did this slap-on mod, but the motors, PIs, door equipment, and relay controllers are all original.
