STUNNING GATED MANUAL Historic 1919 OTIS Traction Elevator - Some municipal bldg, Waterbury CT

This is the service elevator across the hall from that 60's OTIS in the last video.
A HUGE thanks to the City of Waterbury public works employee for allowing me to film this amazing elevator! I'm unsure how long this elevator will be in operation for, but it's a MIRACLE that the city never decommissioned it, and didn't touch the nearby elevator either. It isn't in good shape by any means, but the fact that it's even here at all is a miracle.
