1984 Westinghouse (mb OTIS Series M2) Hydraulic Elevators - One Hamden Center, Hamden CT

This elevator has generic chimes oddly, and does not bear the OTIS logo. I'm unsure if this is a slap-on mod or it is running on a new third-party controller.
