I appreciate this, didn't think to farm the doctor. Great way to farm legendary weapons, batteries, and tech scrap at the same time, no potions needed.
I usually farm Azariel and the Baron in the Silverlight vineyards. If you’re lucky Azariel will have at least one gold chest, sometimes 2. Fight is easy, most of the time he’ll drop legendaries. Then I’ll clear the whole area around the building to see if I can luck out with a 90-100 blood Lightweaver or Paladin. Then I’ll scoot in over to the Baron. That’s a hilarious fight and my favorite of all the new bosses. Get some sacred grapes and then head back to Azariel.

I have a rotation for farming legendarys, if it's day time, I start with Voltatia then head to henry. Since the legendarys are bloodbound you can teleport with them and go straight to the cursed forest which should be nighttime at this point. Over there I kill Matka and Styx, depending on the loot I either tp back to base or start running back using the tunnel if I get any onyx tears. With this rotations I've been able to consistently get chest full of legendarys and get some godrolls. Hope this helps anyone that read it. (If it's night, I start the rotation in reverse.)
He doesn't drop book/weapon every time. I was spamming him and like 3 out of 10 he wouldn't drop more than a heart or maybe a skill gem. Still probably the best source of them imo.
I just go between him and the one boss that's electric that summons the clone after half hp, in around that same area, most times i have time to go and kill the witch in the forest and can have 100% uptime on all of them

azariel is even more easy to farm, rush in, spam him, with all your spells and that's it and he has fast respawn with tons of chest around him + gold

Azariel (or Azaziel) in Brighthaven is even easier for guaranteed legendary farming.
Yah, clearing the mobs without a resist potion is kinda rough.
