Another tip is you can capture creature blood, you need to go where the werewolf boss is, there will be a village full of werewolfs, if you go in daytime they're human so get the higher blood they will have 2 types of blood and same percentage

I got super lucky and caught a 100% werewolf so I now can get endless max worker and creature blood potions. Nice for mass farming materials.

If you happen to kill Ben, but you dont have the bat form, all you need is to find a road and follow it. You'll walk out of the forest eventually 🎉

I've been playing PvE only on and off since launch and have been have a great time. The 1.0 update is fantastic the game has come so far.

We decided on making the events last longer and happen as frequent as possible so we can capitalize on what time we do have to play.
can you change servers ? I joined a pve server and they have base raiding enabled which I didn't see when I joined and someone came into my mansion and stole all my copper ore and clothing stuff.
I think you can't transfer an existing character from one server to another, so you'd have to start over if you switched servers. Copper's not too bad to reach, so if that's the stage you reached, it shouldn't be too bad to get to that level again.
I'm definitely going to reduce the grind and back and forth. Playing solo is slow enough as it is!

I heard from real time experience, so... when you for a few days not into the game your castle is destroyed because you didn't get resources - is that true?
if you're playing on the online servers, that can be true, if you are just playing solo here and there on your own time, you can essentially turn that setting off in the settings
Time passes on any server that is still running with or without players online.
Time does not pass when playing a solo/local game unless you have the game running in the background.
You can lose your castle to decay...but you also can continue refining when offline 🙃
It is but it is actualy a good thing.
First, your castle run of the most abondant ressource of the game, blood essence.
Second, when fully supplyed a castle heart can last many days up to 2 weeks for a high level castle.
Third, time passing while you are offline means your servant expeditions continues as well as your crafts.
So you can totaly if you are the casual kind farm a few sets to gear up your servants and send them on 23h expeditions.
Also blood essence is so abondant a little everning of gaming is enought to fully supply your castle heart.
Truly that decaying mechanic only exists to free the space for new players when someone realy just dont log in for 2 weeks in a row
It is 100% true. Your castle has a rate of decay, because it needs to be fed blood essence, even your horses will die if you don’t feed them. However, when you are playing solo in your own private game, the passage of time halts when you close the application.
How long does that carriage take to break? Been smacking this thing for 10 minutes.
only took a few seconds for me. damage numbers should appear when you hit it, otherwise its already broken down and you just need to loot it. this only works for active horse drawn carriages that presently had a horse pulling it around the map
@@LuckyGhost So around lvl 40 i ran into one of these horse pulled cart & the guards was about my level so i attacked but had to back off as there was so many. However as i ran away to "reset" i noticed as the horse had run off, then the guards just marched on leaving the cart behind. Hammering the cart for a good 10-15 mins it finally broke & spawned 2x deadly vampires at the end where the treasure box is. Thankfully i had hit the cart at the other end so i thankfully didnt get one-shotted. And 20 second later Frost McFrost-boss came round the corner & attacked & killed the vampires so i managed to loot the container & it did have some nice stuff. Perhaps it was my low level that made it take so long to break..
Are the wagons really destructible? I came across my first one cleared out the camp and swinging at this thing for a long time nothing happens. Theres not even any hit markers.
The wagons that are actively being pulled by a horse are destructable. The rest are not, cheers!

Thunderstrike Peak has 4 charging stations, not 3 and there's a second area you an charge batteries on the west side of that region called Stormdrain Hills with another 4 charging stations, so you can charge 80 batteries at a time.

can anyone help me make a usa steam account. I live in india and I want to play games like lost ark but not available in my country. I tried using vpn to create steam account but steam is not letting me
In regards to the bat trick for the area that blocks out your map, wouldn't that not be useful do to the fact that you can't turn into a bat if anything is in your inventory? (At least you said that is the case later in the video) I haven't played the game since it first hit early access, so maybe I'm confused on something, or missed something you said? But if I did hear it correctly, then that trick is only useful if you are doing nothing but passing threw, which I have no clue why anyone would want to do that.
yes you cant bat form with some items, you can drop them temporarily though
however i dont see why you would have bat form and not the forest cape
@@kshimi No idea what the forest cape is? I'm guessing the cape negates the map fog? Like I said, I haven't played the game yet (since it first hit early access anyway), so just going off what I've seen and heard.
@@josephdefrang5976 yea that's what it does, you unlock the crafting recipe from one of the bosses in the forest.

I found a 100% brute blood last night, got it back to base and forgot to heal it before I extracted blood, rip 100% blood.

instead of doing the bat trick, just get the cloak from the wanderer boss and equip it when you need the vision or even for the entire time you are in the forest, or if you need a way out, just use the v blood finder and tag a blood that's out of the woods, way more simple than needing to beat Styx first imo

yeah definitely aware of the cloak, its a mandatory unlock so you can't miss it, I just couldn't be bothered to craft and carry around a stat-free cloak just for the rare trips to this zone. this tip was for those like me
@@LuckyGhost i see,we usually set up a farming base there so we had a few in a chest there for when we were gonna farm.
With base relocation now as a thing its even more viable

The biggest mistake #1 is paying $109 for this game like I did. LOL It's a very fun game, but i'm on the fence over that money however. Yes i loved buying this DLC for $109 to support the DEVs but damn! $109 for this!!!??? Anyways, the game is very fun. If you buy the normal $30 or under game then yes it's worth it for sure.

Isn't bat form like an 80 ability? lol. It'd be much better to tell people about the cape.
imho people don't need me to tell them about the cape, its literally impossible to miss. In these vids I hope to tell them less obvious things
that was my first thought too, but knowing bat form will also remove the mist debuff will help when I either forget to bring the forest cape or want that one extra slot for farming and be able to keep the stats the other capes gives.

These seem like good tips but not for a beginner player. I'm about 10 hours in and still haven't gotten out of the woods and have no idea about any of the tips in the first 10 minutes of this video.
