  • ‪@Purematchateas‬ In this how-to brewing video we show you how to brew this rare organic Japanese Oolong tea.
This particular Oolong is organically grown in Haruno Village, Shizuoka Japan.
It is made from a Shizuoka-specific cultivar called Koshun which produces an aroma sweet and elegant, closer to that of a black tea than an oolong.
Delve deeper, however, and the complexity reveals itself: its signature floral scent with apricot and plum aroma is irresistible, completing the umami taste with its refreshing notes of honey, grape, and light citrus elements.
When brewed the liquor in the cup presents a deep golden honey-like appearance, preparing you for a truly memorable tasting experience.
Our Koshun Oolong is a delightful tea and very limited in stock.
    How to brew:
    1. Add 5g of Oolong tea leaves into a Kyusu
    2. Add 230ml of water at 90°C
    3. Let the tea brew for 1 min
    4. Transfer into teacups (Can be re-steeped 3-4 times)
