    Ingredient List
    100g Digestive biscuits
    40g Butter
    5g Gelatine (powder)
    200g Cream cheese
    100g Natural greek yogurt
    65g Sugar
    200g Whipping cream
    8g Ceremonial matcha (For vibrant green result!)
    20mls Milk
    Equipment List
    Freezer
    Microwave
    Measuring tools and/or scales and/or jugs
    Spatula
    Hand whisk
    3 Medium to Large mixing bowls
    Springform pan or removable base cake tin (between 15-18 cms)
    Snap lock bag
    Cling wrap
    Note:-
    If the cheesecake does not want to come out. Soak a tea towel with warm water, then wring it and gently wrap it around the sides of the cake tin for 20-20 secs. The cake tin will then easily slide off.
    If cheesecake appears too soft before serving, return to the freezer for 10-20mins before slicing.
