    A good rule of thumb to time your tea is 10 slow, full breaths = 1 minute. (1 full breath - inhale/exhale)

    the teapot (急须) contains 160cc?
    i usually drink the Enshi 玉露,from Hubei Province,similar to sencha. 都是蒸青绿茶
