Haven't left a message for years. I mainly exercise to whatever comes up but will make sure I'm subscribed to you. I have been through hundreds of dance and cardio CZcams videos and wondering if you could give lessons in the Bollywoood dances in the movies. I know they're hard to learn and they would have to be demonstrated slowly. I think many carfio exercisers need this slow teaching so we can later do it faster. Teaching complex bollywood steps are difficult and not natural movements which may not be your thing but maybe you know of someone else who can do this on videos. You have been doing well with your videos, using all the basic movements of arms and legs along with variations. Many other videos I've come across don't have the exercisenin time with the music. They are making a major flaw because I'm sure you can tell thatcexercisingbin time to music drives the interest and energy which keep people interested. Good for you.
