Mathematically, what Siany did made no sense. She essentially set herself up to only make 12k profit. She also had no financial incentive to be a middle man. She makes virtually no extra money being the middle man, and opens herself up to being liable with someone else’s money on an obvious scam. Just doubly dumb.
What I think happened is that she invested 18 K allegedly, and while that investment was cooking she borrowed his money.
@@Rokia2003 Yes. That’s exactly what happened. What I’m saying is, she made virtually no profit by doing that and placed herself in a much riskier situation. She was only making $2k more than she would have had she only “invested” her own money. For that, she could have just passed him the guys number and had him risk his own money.
 actually she would have lost money she said she invested 18k to have the double of the money, so she would have 36k and would have to give 20k to him (because he was supposed to get the double) so she would have lost 2k that doesn’t make sense, or maybe I just didn’t understand well

You will not be in legal trouble for involving with them but it is a huge risk because your money can just disappear and you'll have no one to hold accountable.

At the end of the day, the money was never invested so there was 0% risk for Ty.
No she ain’t getting 2k, she put 18k so automatically hers is 8k and Ty’s own is 10k so Ahmed was suppose to return 40k, she would give Ty 20k and also take 20k with Ty’s 10k that she kept so she’s going to have 30k in total

I don’t necessarily think she was guilty because he knew they were scamming. He knew that was illegal.scamming always comes with the possibility of not making your money back and to say that he didn’t know anything about it at all would be crazy and ludicrous.
