This test is very interesting... I made a mod on my flash so I could use a battery I made myself and after some measurements I can say that in 5 minutes it would be able to fire 600 times at full power (Not recommended as it needs to cool down enough after each shot at full power or it will be damaged by overheating)
Example: ohhh in my case I need 1/16 of power. then it would be possible to have more than 4500 flashes in 5 minutes at up to 15 flashes per second, faster may occur trigger with no flash
