When i use the trigger it's not syncing at 1/200 but 1 /160 instead, is it due to the battery of trigger is weak?
No the light was design to work up to a shutter speed of 1/160

Thats the issue with the battery. I too get it sometimes, all i do is either make sure batteries are charged or remove them and wait for about 10 min and then insert again. It works.

obviously u can bro, but the channel has to be the same for the flashes and the trigger... Like for example, if u have activated channel 1 in trigger, channel 1 has to be activated in both the flashes, rest channel 2,3 and 4 hast to be kept off in both the flashes and perhaps with the trigger as well

No you cannot use it alone as the tt520 does not have a built in receiver. You will need a transceiver that uses the same frequency as this trigger.

My own feel down and came in parts
I think repair wont be that easy if circuit board is damaged. Its would be more convinient if you buy new one.
