How did I miss this video !? What a beautiful house. The patio is a room in itself for warm weather. All the amenities, the shed, and so much storage !! All for $200 a/month !! It’s worth every penny !! I wish I could get a lone, even a co-signer. I’d take them of the loan as soon as I got the house. Randy, you’ve outdone yourself with this design !! Congratulations to who ever grabs this house. It’s a house for a lifetime of stress free living ! Love it !!!
When someone does good things people question their motives. When someone does great things, people question their methods. Randy and Amanda, and everyone else I guess minus the negative trolls, don’t let that stop you from doing GOOD and GREAT things. ❤
If people want a cheaper home they have to build it themselves. By the time they but in your off grid package that more .People use any scraps you find even by the side of the road so it's not new. You have to put in your a mini split ,skirt it. By the time you do all the extras and fin a place to put it ITH is inexpensive.
I would like to see more of the homes all on one level , older people just can't get around up and down them steps , especially having to go to the bathroom. . A small bed room in the back in that little house would be so nice.
This could be a real winner if the bathroom was where the laundry room is and put the washer dryer where the shower is removing the wall making the kitchen feel larger.
I JUST LOVE YOUR LITTLE HOMES AND COMMUNITY'S!!❤ CAN YOU GUYS START A COMMUNITY FOR SINGLE MOM'S AND DESIGN A TINY HOME FOR ONE ADULT AND 2 CHILDREN AND ADOPT ME AND MY 2 BABIES ❤ 😁 And I LOVE THIS AREA... I Bought my RV from a couple here and they were the most amazing people.. GREAT LOVELY PEOPLE ❤
Love this one, the enclosed porch adds so much more living area, would great for people with pets especially. Could the bathroom and laundry room be swapped? Either way, this one is my favourite.
Randi God bless U luv how humble U've remained even after blowing up as U have! Keep up the gud work & keep climbing. My prayers to U & Ur mom always! ❤😂😂🎉
Can you do without the front window. Do another 10 ft on the end where the loft is for it to be bigger and so I could have a side by side washer dryer. No little cook top buy and drive away. Maybe change a few other things.
I like this model ...very functional!! I would push out the back laundry room a few feet so one could have a twin bed if they can not do the stairs any longer. Also I’d make the shower bigger ...just what I’d like may not be for anyone else. Thank You Randy & Amanda 💞
Yeah I know it might seem petty but spitting in the same sink you wash dishes in is nasty. Oral hygiene is important and has it place. Otherwise I love love love this house.
Randy and Amanda this is one of my favorite tiny homes you've designed and built length seems shorter but this deffinetlyl ooks wider also I love the extra space in the Living room. Great build 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊 I also really like that front Porch 👍👍👍👍👍😊😊
Really like that large living room. You could have people over and you wouldn't be in each other's laps. The laundry room is big enough an average sized smaller older lady could use that for a bedroom, even with the washer in there, and not have to climb stairs. That's important.
@@KatieAllison77 - I hear you saying you can't do it yourself, but lots of us can, and do. Of course you can hire a plumber, but the water line is right there under the floor, and the water heater is right behind the wall panel. I installed my own sump pump without a plumber, and have installed new light fixtures and new smoke detectors without an electrician. It's easy as long as you turn off the water or electricity before you begin.
The tiny homes are going crazy with pricing. Let’s see how many owners stay in these tiny places due a hurricane, tornado etc. Yes, you will eventually have one or both. I have lived thru many in Florida. I have a beautiful 819 sq ft condo on a 9 hole golf course. I live less than 700.00 a month including golf, laundry, cable, WiFi, trash, garbage, taxes etc. I only pay my electric and cell phone. I can walk to everything important to my life, including medical and hospital. In an emergency, EMT can reach me in 5 minutes. I paid cash 68,000 twenty years ago. They are not selling for 219,000. Tiny is NOT affordable in the long haul and not safe in bad weather.
Again, very nice home. It would be interesting to swap the back laundry-storage room w/the bathroom, too. Similar to the iBox bath layout. For more toilet privacy & to fit a small vanity sink. As far as the price goes, the $200 lot fee is very reasonable 👍 but the $100K price tag is a bit on the high side. But, someone will buy it, most certainly.
@saner6888 That's a great point. Can imagine clothes becoming a bit musty in winter after showering. My cooler bathroom looks like a walk thru swamp fog this time of year.
@SharonUK Fair enough :) Everyone has a spending limit. Typically based on where they live. $100K can buy you a nice bit of home in one state, while another state, $100K only covers the cost of eg. an 8'x10'' LR.
@justthink5854 The idea for the large/high ceiling washer-dryer room is to also have plenty of pantry & misc storage - which is great! But I also think having these things directly across the kitchen is nice, too. Make the shower stall a closet &/or washer (& dryer combo) space; install pantry shelves in the open "closet" space, diagonally across, etc. There are a few configurations that might work. Regardless, both spaces could function very well either way. I also agree about having a bathroom sink for safe hygiene; to avoid ecoli contamination using the kitchen sink to wash your hands. In fact, I'd be adamant about that. As for the loft, the more mattress space & headroom available, the better, agree. But, some people only use the loft to sleep at night, so a low ceiling doesn't bother them. Personally, 3' is too low & claustrophobic for me too. Even with dormers.
A few palm trees does not equal a beach. And if they make it through Tennessee’s winter, I applaud them. I live on the lower east coast and just a few days of below freezing temperatures with destroy many a palm tree. And the rest of the lot is a concrete slab! Now don’t take this wrong, Tennessee is a nice state and a lot of great people live there and love it. Vacationing there is also special. But don’t push it as a “beach”. ( yes I just own it’s just a name for that particular street/ area-still a big stretch) JMO
Hi, good morning from 🇵🇷 Puerto Rico . That's it, that's my home . Can't get it now. But you can build one when I m ready. ❤ I would it no 😢. But can't . I save this video so I can dream on over and over. Thank you for showing it again. And I wait to get a spot right there in. the beach or Grove. 😊❤❤. God Bless your heart, Randy & Amanda. And all your workers.
You'll need to keep your eyes open for a space to open up when someone moves out, since they are all occupied now and that's the only way one will come available.
Hi Amanda , Randy & Ace .❤ thats it , thats my house finally i found it😊all mine. That back space could be of great use for me. Porch, shed, the whole thing. 😊❤ i am loving it.
The only upgrades I would make are quartz instead of butcher block, 2 burner gas stove and a great big pantry closet in that back for extra storage, maybe even clothes.
Why is this home $89K today, when it was $80K the last time Amanda and Randy showed this home for sale. (approx. 3 weeks ago) Does staging for the video cost $9K???
Don't want my partner pooping with the no door bathroom while trying to prepare a meal in that kitchen! And id not be able to reach that microwave safely. Also no closet for coats for winter spring, rain.

Bathroom across kitchen. No thank you

You can make the kitchen feel bigger with mirrors way much 😂😂😂
Definitely my favorite model and floor plan. That laundry room gives you so much storage space and frees up the rest of the house for just living.
I love this home. The laundry room would meet the need for storage & organizing everything in one place. Someone got a tremendous deal on this home.🎉🎉
Everyone would love this beautiful tiny home. Love the porch. Sweet.
Love this living room! The best yet.
Yeah I always thought the Augusta was understated! It’s in my top 2 favorite of your layouts!!
What a beautiful home! ❤
Love the laundry area. ❤️
Nice house. Love the colours Meledy used. Porch is cute.
Very nice- esply for / well expected - minimalists .
Another Beautiful Place !! 😊
Gorgeous & has everything you need. My dream house!
Where's the bathroom sink ?

Beautiful. Randy you’re awesome. So is Amanda. Love y’all. Ignore the trolls.
Their compact size promotes a simplified lifestyle without sacrificing beauty. 💖💖
That laundry I would change for a twin size bedroom area or closet and the closet in the bathroom a combo unit.
Beautifully decorated ❤😊 Melody did a great job ❤😊
She really did. It looks beautiful. She always does a fantastic job.
I would totally add a back door off that back room and make that space into a mud room/laundry room/utility room.
Love this one, the enclosed porch adds so much more living area, would great for people with pets especially. Could the bathroom and laundry room be swapped? Either way, this one is my favourite.
I was thinking the same thing about the swap you mentioned.
This is an awesome deal! Love the porch and separate laundry room!
I have thought about a cedar chest under the livingroom side window.. because u could use it for seating also..
This is a pretty good design but not being able to sit up in bed is a bad feeling. I'd probably sleep on the couch
Beautiful home , especially with the pluses, wow! Someone is going to be so happy.😊
Beautiful!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🤗🥰🏠🐶
I love the tiny homes and would love to live in one, however the cost has soared so high on a tiny home.

That back room would make a nice little office…don’t understand why they wouldn’t put a window in it since it is at the end of the house..
Way too much money for that.

Hopefully, they fed the dog 🐕 !!! -Zippy ❤️
Good evening from Syracuse NY Randy and Amanda
Your a faithful watcher, I see your comments all the time!
I'm going to buy a incredible tiny house
MUY BELLOS DISEÑOS🎉
I’m all about the kitchen. I would move the bathroom to the back and make the kitchen bigger
The laundry room could be used as a part of a panrty. Which makes it a nicer place put more food in the house.
Cuestion: could I bye a regular 2 beds 1 bath house w/ amenities on a piece of land for $$99,000?
Love the model. Hate the price. Ouch!
Where would that be? I’m interested
@@KatieAllison77 thanks for sharing
I just got quoted $15,000 for a roof the other day. Funny thing is the say guy gave me a quote for $6000 in 2000.

Yes, someone else asked about a fold down bed and I checked - there is space for a single bed.
No sink in the bathroom? No thanks.
The kitchen sink is only 3 steps away. Not inconvenient. I think in a smaller bathroom, I would rather store my toothbrush in the kitchen anyway. Lol.
@@KatieAllison77 - The homeowner can add a wall mounted tiny sink, or an over the tank sink if they feel they need one.
You can also buy a sink that sits on toilet tank that takes up clean water and drains into tank.

Why are so many people buying these tiny homes, living in them for a short time, and then selling??
Makes you wonder…
Beautiful Home Hello Randy and Amanda ACE 🧸 of Knoxville Tennessee.
Pretty home. No reason you can't put bathroom sink in bathroom. Put against the wall were stairs are.
Yeah, I can’t get past the ick factor of touching the door all the time with unwashed hands to get to the sink.

I'd give up some space in the laundry room for a vanity in the bathroom. I hate the idea of brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink.
