How do Italians Eat Pasta Everyday and Stay so Healthy?

  • 🌍On my travels through Italy I've noticed something amazing: 🌍
    For all the food that the locals eat every day, food that many of us in Australia would consider 'unhealthy', there are VERY few obese people, and there seem to be heaps of 80 and 90 year olds still active, working and cooking!
    It made me wonder how they're doing it so right, whereas in Australia we're so scared of breads, pasta, cheese and wine - every day staples in Italy. 🍝
    Well, I think I've discovered the secret, and it's actually pretty simple.

    Yeah, I love this about Italian culture. Eating also means family time in Italy. The love they put into their meals shows in the body. Best ingredients, olive oil, fish ... I guess a one-sided diet is never good. Italian diet is rich in everything. You had a really good point, about the time :)
