Off camera I've done a lot more work with the bombs and now they are working FAR better than in this video! They already 'worked' but now they track the enemy better and glide far longer, meaning they pretty much always hit the target as long as the target isn't moving incredibly fast! The main issue was that the remote guidance was turning off after the craft left the immediate area around the enemy which stopped the tracking, and that the bombs did not have predictive guidance so they were always following the enemy rather than intercepting! Also.. more fins helped a lot! Hope you all enjoy the vid! :D

You can build land mounted radars. I do it all the time. Just a wood stick with lots of dish pieces at the top. And also, don't cheap out on dish pieces! It is waaaay more efficient to build a 5k resource land radar than it is multiple 2k balloon satillites.

'We are the good guys' is a phrase used by the Lathrixian Legion, that is actually hard to translate into the common english language.
Despite it sounding like actual words, this brabbling of pure chaos transfers multiple meanings and concepts. One of the common translation is 'blood for the blood god' and is most of the time quite suitable although imperfect.
Fact is, each time these horrifying sounds are spoken millions upon millions of psykers across the galaxy scream in terror and agony. writhing in pain on the ground like worms waiting to be crushed.

Some Legion Engineer found an old scrapped bomber while drunk, thought it was some kind of cargo plane, and then decided to build guns into it, thereby accidentally returning it to it’s original use.

How to make Lathrix giggle even harder: remote controlled missiles
I think something like an AC-130 gunship would be a cool sort of "transport vehicle". By design, they have a lot of cargo space, and have THREE DIFFERENT TYPES of big guns that make big booms. Also, they are fast.
A friend of mine has a nice saying that I think of in these situations.

Hey Lathrix! I just wanted to let you know your videos as well as Robbaz' were my first intro to FtD and this video in particular was the inspiration for my first bomber! I recreated the Thunder bomber from Total Annihilation. It B A R E L Y works but damn is it satisfying to watch something you've built do bombing runs on its own :D with smart bombs that use active radar plus APN guidance.

Lathix here's an idea for a late-game ship the Kraken a seport/ cargo ship that heals your the fleet and it should be dedicated to Tzeentch as he is the Lord of Change as any ship dedicated to him changes how the battle plays out and a ship that heals other ships does change how the battles paly out

The combination of Lathrix, Alcohol and From the Depths always yields interesting results. The Malal’s Will is proof of this.

I recommend the bomber be called "Derrick" because it looks like the kind of thing that would bring "freedom and democracy" to enemy oil derricks.
The names "Doomerang" or "Murderang" would also be good, it looks like a giant murdery boomerang of doom.
Or maybe call it "Deathwing" because it's a 40k reference and it's a terrifying wing of death.
Also, laser guidance on the darts and bomber might help with the aim while still being decoy resistant.
