Thanks for the vid. Silly question. I'm trying to make sense of all the machine brands and models. From what I can tell, the Wittern Futura is now the Selectivend 29, but I've not seen one in the finish shown in this video. Are there various exterior finishes available? Thanks!

Thank you! Yes I usually mount them internally and it doesn't really matter where... However sometimes when you get it to your location the cellular service may not be very strong. If that is the case, you may need to route the wire to the outside of the machine to catch a better signal

What size bolts did you end up using or what size driver did you use to screw it in? My machine was second hand but didn't come with them either. And I have the same drill what kinda Phillips driver did you buy?
My apologies as I just used whatever was on the machine... I don't recall off hand what socket it was. As far as the phillips driver just whatever was on the rack at home depot!

There is a dex harness you can purchase for the 3589 but honestly you don't really need it

I try to take out the bottom coin container, but for some reason it wouldn’t come out and I didn’t want to force it and break something so just ask is there a certain way?
Did you remove the screw at the bottom - I show it step by step in this video
@@GalaxyGames843 no I didn’t do that. I was trying to figure it out while I was there at the location but wasn’t too sure so I gave up and explained it. I will be back Tuesday so until then I was looking at videos on how to do it so when I go there, I’m able to just do it quickly and then be out because I feel like I’m losing money because who carries dollars or change anymore
When Creating a new machine on Nayax, What is the Machine Reference on the backend of Nayax referring to?
Nayax will create the new machine for you
Does the machine have to be off when you install the card reader the only reason why I ask is because I have a location where I am installing but I didn’t know how to do it so I bought myself time to install it next week but in the meantime, do some questions I need to ask And the first one would be does the machine have to be off when installing
I would advise to always power the machine off when connecting / disconnecting anything electrical

Are all of the card readers the same size regardless of the machine it will be used on?
Yes! Some machines don't have a designated space for them though. In that case you'll need to drill holes and mount somewhere on the front of the machine
Do you know how to fix the cash only message in nayax screen?
That can happen for multiple reasons

So, I installed it into the same machine. However, it's lag time to actually make a transaction is quite a while. Only the tap pay currently works, not the slide or insert option. Is there a specific thing I have to do with the management system before payments can be accepted on the machine? I am struggling as this is my first machine and Nayax system.
Should not be - if one works they should all work - i'd reach out to Nayax tech support and make sure they have all of your back end settings correct
Why dosent nyax offer a thinner mounting bracket?
They used to have a thinner one with the old VPOS models. Wonder if they still have one
@@GalaxyGames843 sorry, Nayax doesn't sell the thin metal backings anymore, not sure why or where else to get them.
Can you install this reader on any machine ? Or are there requirements in order for it to function properly ? Thanks!
The machine would have to be MDB compatible for the reader to work

NAYAX DONT WORK, change my prices, loose conection, i have to take off these devices from machines, the support is horrible, only phone support, bad attendance, change settings, they dont know how to fix! is a nightmare, all days on phone! it make me broke! IS THE WORST DEVICE!
