Can you use the same nyax card for four different machines that are at one location and then create one for each machine? Or will I need to do them separately?

How do you track the coin change level in your machine with the Nayax software/app? Under analytics it says “unknown” for change tube status.
Vending machines definitely take a lot of effort and time. I think I will stick with candy cranes. LOL!

I like watching your videos. I was wondering when you were doing the mapping of the machine. What does PA code mean, and where do get it from?
Hey thanks! PA code is a general number that doesn't really do anything for reporting purposes. Some people use the Item number in the Machine (A1, A2, A3, etc) Some people just put the MDB number there. You really won't use it much in the future.
I’m getting my first machine delivered today. I have no idea how any of this works. Does the Nayax Card come with the reader or do they sent it to you after you have purchase it? Need to know if it’s a standard with every machine or if it needs to be requested?

Struggling to find locations in the NYC area any tips?
NYC is a tough market. Especially with bodegas everywhere. Price yourself better then the bodegas and find places where people have to wait. Barbershops, laundromats, etc. I'd imagine the NYC market is pretty saturated, although when I was there earlier this year,. I attempted to find vending machines to film in NYC and had a tough time

I just took over a machine. The MDB codes match up perfectly with the PA code. However, it doesnt update on my MOMA app. How do I make it so it updates everytime it vends?

How do you do this on the Mini Super Crane Machines?
Super mini cranes run in a pulse system rather than MDB. @howardhospitalitygroup has a video on installing on a crane

How do you enter the prices for each product in Nayax?
You have to enter the prices in the actual vending machine - the machine will report the prices to Nayax

Hi. What does the Par number represents?
And they have updated their website and it looks a little different can you help with this new store?
Par number is the number of items that coil can hold. For example if your row of chips has 15 spaces and can hold 15 bags of chips, you'll want to set your Par as 15. This will help you with inventory management when your machine is on location
Very helpful! But I tried this and it didn’t work. The reader recognized the card, began to authorize but then said declined. What could be the issue??

Great video. Lots of useful info. So I just set up my first Nayax reader. Currently in the "10 day waiting period." question: after the reader is fully set up, we should see it on the Nayax dashboard as "connected" yeah?

Can the same card be used on multiple machines?
what is the PA code? how do i find that? is that what row each items sits in the machine i don't understand
It's honestly not really used. You can repeat the MDB number there or you can put the item number in the machine... A1, B3 etc. You really won't reference it later

Your nayax card should work for all of your nayax readers - if it doesn't call Nayax and they can program it properly

Hi. My dashboard doesnt have a product map tab. It skips from general to business days. What do you have to do to enable that tab?
You may need to contact nayax to make sure you are on the plan which includes inventory management

No MDB codes are usually different from the numbers on the actual machine slot

I have that same machine and my location just called me and said that it’s not excepting the money and if it does it doesn’t give it back and also the card reader is not excepting payment. Is there any fix for this because I’m planning to go there on my lunch today to get it fixed because I am currently at work And this morning when I left, I made sure it worked and it did .

Does the location that you place your machine need internet? Do you need wifi connection in order to use the nayax card reader?
No each Nayax credit card reader has a cellular SIM card inside 0 You can choose AT&T or Verizon
Hey man how do you come up with 10 as the first PA code? And is that a universal setting?
That is just what the first selection number of this machine is. The item in the first upper left coil, you would have to enter selection 10 to have it vend

No the MDB code is tied to each specific space in the machine. You can change product and just change that space in your product map
Hi Max. My product map doesn't automatically update after every vend. Did you have to create a new product map in your Administration tab beforehand? If so, what details did you enter? I've got a situation with my Azkoyen Palma Hz87 and VPOS Touch where the product map isn't automatically updating and I believe I set it up properly.
Im not familiar with that machine - you might have to have Nayax reset the reader for you

Yes but it depends on the machine. Some machines need to be upgraded to track cash also
@@GalaxyGames843 I’ve been using a “focus vend” combo vending machine this machines are China made not very common but after one full year and some change I can garantee these have been real good to me , I’ve just been searching everywhere for a way to make these read cash as well would you happen to know what I need In order to make that happen?
I noticed when you swipe it credits $5, is this like a ghosts credit or how does that work with Nayax system?
by default Nayax sets the card readers to "Pre-selection" which charges the exact price that the machine charges for cash sales depending on what product is chosen, there's another setting called "Pre-authorization" that charges the highest priced item or higher as a HOLD on the credit card and then it settles for the actual amount the same day and cleared by the card company usually within a few hours but sometimes up to 2 business days later, the amount showing on his card reader is NOT a hold, it's pre-selection and some machines you can remove it from the display by setting MDB flags to "18 Pre Selection + No Price Display"

Never knew about that nayax card to test vend! I would also use my credit card and charge myself lol. Also you can call nayax and give them the make and model of your machine and sometimes they have the product map and they can upload for you.. Also can i get that nayax card on their website?

I would still vend each item and keep track. The nayax site will show the recent sales / vends and the codes will be in there. You will just need to modify your product map
@@GalaxyGames843 so here's the thing I just restocked my machine today, I was trying to set up my product map so I can start to keep track of my inventory because I still find myself overspending when its time to restock, I can't set it up because I don't know which code goes to the right bin
@@road2richz_q266 definitely go vend each item in order, or you can possibly call nayax with the model of the machine and they may be able to set it up for you

PA code I enter the selection number of the item inside the machine... Some machines it is the same as the MDB code

what if I don't have a Nayax credit card. also in my moma when I look in my last sales there is a number in parentheses and has a equal sign next to the amount that was bought is that a MDB code as well
If you don't have a nayax card, you can use cash for each sale to test. As far as the number you are referring to. You can either set it up to just repeat the MDB number or some people will put the item number for each item in the machine there
How do you delete a machine and a card you have put in. I made a few machines and I messed up with creating the card that comes with the card reader. how do i delete them from the dashboard
I'm not sure if you can delete a machine - I would contact Nayax for further clarification
