- 6 Mates riding in Summer from Dayboro QLD to Linville Pub for lunch. Started out with 6 but finished with 4. We had 2 gents needing to be somewhere else but they did miss most of the good stuff!
The Royal Enfield bounced back well after trying to ride through a tree. The XT660 (not on camera) had a good fall flipping the bike and pinning the rider, but all bars bent back into shape, and rider carried on!
One things for sure, Rexy doesn't give that Himmy one ounce of slack! Riding that thing like he stole it!! Great video! Towards the end the landscape really reminded me of the farm I grew up on here in the southern US. Thanks for sharing man!!
Riding like that lucky no 4bee coming the other way
That rack on the Himalaya looks like a back breaker!
Yes I have mentioned that to him before, but for whatever reason he likes it that way!
@@petezeadv9081 Until he doesn't. Might be a hard lesson.
Awesome vid thanks for sharing 👍 any chance of a map/gpx I'd like to give this a crack 😁
If you join the facebook group Adventure Riders Brisbane - in the files section there is at least 2 x GPX routes that you can download that will help out for sure. Kilcoy to Linville or the Dayboro-Linville route.
Great tracks - did you start off in Dag forest? Looks similar to tracks Josh from MVDBR did a while back. Great video mate, subbed.
Started off running through Mt Mee and then into Bellthorpe and lastly over to Louisaville Road. I think Josh also went through Bellthorpe recently
@@petezeadv9081 Thats the place, Louisaville Rd. Cheers 👍
So leaving dayboro, what the dirt road your on.
You would head to Laceys Creek Road on tar and then into Range Road which is the start of the dirt component for Mt Mee.
Maybe if rexy kept left.. and wore a mans helmet.. 😂
Rons
Armchair observation- looks like most of these guys are under geared and riding beyond their abilities. Pros- looks like friends having a good time together. As for gear, if you can't afford the best, use what you have or don't go. I guess I'd go with what I have. Thanks for the video.
Amateurs and guy filming putting others at risk - coming up on them with speed and too close and doing monos next to riders.
You'd be a hoot to hang out with
